The customer service is not good. They dont ask if you want a side with your meal...even though its included. The girls at the window didnt listen to what I was saying. Long wait. Smoothie was missing something. I havent been here in a few months, because of service and food mix ups.....I thought it would of improved by now.
Literally happened 10-minutes ago. I pulled up to the drive thru, the girl asks me to hold on. No problem, I’m ok waiting. A few minutes later she gets on the speaker to take my order. I ask her about a promotional email I received. She says something pretty mumbled. I ask her to repeat herself, again I don’t understand her. So I say, I’m sorry can you repeat one more time?
