The staff was great but the food was horrible. Ordered the lemon pepper chicken sandwich combo. Took it home. I bit in to the sandwich and it was nothing but salt. That chicken was extremely salty. The fries were okay but they had a sweet after taste. I don't know if they use old oil for everything but my stomach was messed up for the night. Never going there again. :-(

This food gave my son food poisoning, after a day he ate it he woke me up and told me he was feeling horrible stomach pain and was barfing. I would not go to this place because the food also gave some form of what he has.

Made my order about 8:00 pm they asked for a call back number so they can call me when it was done I received no call and about an hour later. So food was cold. Never again.

This is the slowest wing stop in vegas. UberEats orders are never ready usually about a 15-20 minute wait. They'll tell you 5 more minutes the whole time knowing they haven't even started your order.

The food was good and the staff was friendly, but it took over 30 minutes to get a sandwich and fries. If the wait when ordering at the counter is that long, let people know so they can make an informed decision whether to eat elsewhere. This location is in a hotel food court and I expected a typical 5-10 minute wait.

Carmen is a terrible representation of what this company supposed to be. Her customer service is terrible, and continues to gossip about employees after they leave the store. Cooks are great, Management is garbage. Would give zero out of 10 if I could.
