This is the slowest wing stop in vegas. UberEats orders are never ready usually about a 15-20 minute wait. They'll tell you 5 more minutes the whole time knowing they haven't even started your order.

If the wait when ordering at the counter is that long, let people know so they can make an informed decision whether to eat elsewhere. This location is in a hotel food court and I expected a typical 5-10 minute wait.

Carmen is a terrible representation of what this company supposed to be. Her customer service is terrible, and continues to gossip about employees after they leave the store. Cooks are great, Management is garbage. Would give zero out of 10 if I could.

This place has terrible service. I had to leave without my food . I ordered at 1100 am and at 1145 i was still waiting. I had run out of time. Thanks for nothing. Stay away and order from somewhere else.the service stinks.
