“So my 1st experience initially sucked..I literally only ordered 2 lrg fries & a ranch in which they told me it was ready but it wasnt so I had to wait an Xtra 5min for them, just to get it & they managed to mess that up some how. But Donna/Danna the manger came & over excelled on her customer service..making sure to keep true to her promise of making it right the next time I came in & SHE DID..I would have given them a 1 star.. but due to her calm & satisfying help, it made it worth a 5 star. “The older gentleman who gave me my order was so kind and personable. I tried to call to get his name but it sent me to a third party. He was great. The food was piping hot and fresh and they gave me a couple extra chicken fingers because the portion was small. It’s more than enough for me but I just wanted to say exceptional job all around. “A little bit greasy, I know it is expected but I asked for extra rub to combat the grease. Clean store, friendly staff, and was completed quickly.
They even gave us an extra ranch which was nice. Veggies were fresh and fries were cooked extra done as requested.“

“Kai stays busy and making sure everything is straight plus clean and the team at this Wing Stop are awesome the food was delicious, like the best wings I ever had they stayed warm the entire time I was eating, the staff they were ready to serve you and are very friendly and hard working, I think they should get the option for tip when making a card payment, as a customer I would like to see a Nintendo switch in the lobby my kids would love coming to Wing Stop and I could eat in peace while they wait because I really like to take my time and enjoy my wings, I didn’t expect to have such an enjoyable experience and I was not planning to write a review so I did not take any pictures, but the wings were very delicious, well done.“

“I ordered a combination plate of nine mild and six lemon pepper bone-in wings online on Sunday at 8:00 p.m. for an 11:15 p.m. pick-up. When I arrived at 11:05 p.m., they hadn't started my order, and I had to endure a thirty minute wait. The staff didn't start making my order until after my pickup time of 11:15 pm, which defeated the purpose of placing an order over three hours in advance! I got processed like a walk-in order instead of a pickup order.

Aside from the wait, the restaurant was clean, and the wings I received were scrumptious. My order cost about 22.00 for 15 bone-in wings. If the staff prepared my order on time, it would have been a five-star review.“

“I intended to order takeout from the location further down the road. However, when I arrived at my intended restaurant, the employee informed me that I had ordered from this recently opened location about three miles up the road. The restaurant appeared clean and sparkling brand new once I arrived, and my order was ready in the 20-minute time frame I requested. The employee I encountered seemed nice. I ordered a 20-piece bone-in meal of ten lemon pepper and ten mild buffalo wings. The ranch dressing that I received tasted better than the store-bought dressing I buy!I don't see how anyone can complain about purchasing boneless wings because it is such a taste drop-off between boneless and bone-in wings that I will never purchase boneless wings from Wingstop or anywhere else in life! Boneless wings taste like imitation meat and are glamorized chicken nuggets with a taste bud disability. Do yourself and your taste buds a favor and make the permanent switch bone-in wings. The price difference is worth it, and Wingstop should give their boneless wings away to the homeless and hungry public for free because they’re that dreadful! I had to force myself to finish the sixteen-piece boneless wings I ordered previously from a different WingstopThe bone-in wings at this location were tasty. However, I would prefer the wings to be a little less crispy. If the wings were softer, everything would be perfect. The crispiness did not warrant any star deduction, though. I would return.“

“I gave five stars for the food but I must explain, I tried the new Mexican spice Street wings did not care for them they were made for my dry rub and it made the wings very dry. I normally get the honey habanero next time I will go back to my favorite spice.“

“This was from April 20th, 2026. Ordered the limited-time Chicken Tenders Hot Box. It was SO good! I wish it was on the menu all the time. It featured 3 fiery nacho tenders on top of fries with ranch and came with a drink for only $10.99. Ordered through the app and everything was great.“

“Had a staff meeting and the crew voted for Wingstop as the snack of choice. Great decision! Ordering was easy, the food showed up right on time, and everything was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Exactly what you want when you’re feeding a hungry team!

Of course, between the meeting and everyone diving into the wings, I forgot the most important thing for my expense report—the receipt. 🤦‍♂️

Five days later, I called the store and asked for the manager. Blanca absolutely crushed it! She tracked down my order from nearly a week earlier, gave me a couple of options for getting a copy of the receipt, and had me taken care of in no time.

“I’m a regular who stops by this location every week to pick up food for my Grandma, and I’m sure the employees are tired of seeing me by now. 😂 But my Grandma loves their food, and in my experience, the customer service has always been great.“

“This was my first time trying Wingstop and it was a great experience. I brought my family here because of the coupons from the library summer reading challenge. The service was friendly and fast. The food was great. I have no reason to go to Buffalo Wild Wings again.“

“This is located at Boulder Station inside of the Food court. The food here is always fresh but, it is also very busy. Sometimes you have to wait 15 minutes or more to get your food. It is worth the wait because the food is always fresh. I go here for the hawaiian wings. I cant really eat anything other then that or the garlic parmesan wings because they are too spicy. The fries are homecut, and they are pretty good. The average 8 piece bone out wings with a drink is around $20.00.“

“I ordered my food at the wrong location and the workers here were especially willing to remake my food and get me out of there in a hurry. I just happened to order the wrong thing in a haste of my own doing.
