“As an Administrative Assistant for a local labor union, I order from Port of Subs Store 053 on a regular basis for large meetings, trainings, and events, and Yolanda and her team consistently exceed our expectations.
The quality of the food is always excellent, the presentation is professional, and our orders are always prepared with care. Whether we're ordering for a small meeting or 50 attendees, we know we can count on Store 053.
What truly sets Yolanda apart is her outstanding customer service. We recently experienced issues with deliveries placed through the online ordering system. Instead of simply apologizing, Yolanda immediately stepped in, volunteered to remake our order at no charge, and offered a better solution by having us place our catering orders directly with her over the phone. That level of accountability and commitment to her customers is rare.
To top it all off, the owners personally delivered our order today to ensure everything arrived on time. That kind of hands-on service speaks volumes about how much they value their customers. Thank you, Deanna, for taking the time to personally deliver our order. It did not go unnoticed, and we truly appreciate it.
It feels good to work with people who genuinely appreciate our business and go above and beyond to make sure we're taken care of. Because of Yolanda, Deanna, and the entire team, Store 053 has earned our trust and will continue to be our preferred location for catering.

“I’ve been here a few times already and have never been disappointed. The salads are always fresh with plenty of ingredients to choose from. Portions are generous, so I recommend asking for extra dressing if you like a little more.
The place is small with just a few tables inside, but it’s always very clean. The customer service is consistently great, and I especially appreciate how clean the bathrooms are — which isn’t always the case at most fast-food spots.
You get your food within minutes, and there’s never been a wait whenever I’ve visited. Highly recommended!“

“I went to the drive thru and ordered an iced brown sugar shaken espresso and the sweet things written on my cup made me come back around and thank whoever wrote them personally. Amber and Lisha (I’m sorry if I butchered the spelling) wrote this on my cup and made my entire day. They showed me kindness simply by words on a cup PLUS my drink was so delicious. Thank you again Amber and Lisha and the team at this Starbucks. 10/10!!“
