WuHu Noodle, located inside the Silverton casino/hotel, offers a convenient and casual dining experience. The restaurant has a few tables for dining in, or orders can be taken to go. Serving sizes are generous, with flavorful dishes like the Tofu Thai curry and orange chicken, though some find the Singapore noodles lack flavor. The staff is very good, though service can be slow during lunch hours. Popular menu items include the Kung Pao Shrimp, and it has won Best of Las Vegas due to diner voting. Note that a service charge is included in the receipt, and drinks and utensils are self-serve. This inexpensive hidden gem is very easy for wheelchair users.
