This is the customer service we look for and enjoy receiving when dining out. Food was good as well. Would absolutely recommend.“

“The Brew Brothers Tap House inside the Tropicana Express is my new favorite spot in Laughlin. To say that the food was good is an understatement. The onion ring tower had the BEST onion rings I’ve ever had, my wife’s hatch green chili burger was amazing and I could go on an on about my brisket sandwich. The burger came with this “Brew Sauce” that was absolutely incredible. Our server, Kimberly, was prompt and knew the menu well. When we asked about the s’mores brownie dessert, she recommended to get it with a scoop of vanilla. She did not steer us wrong. The dessert was absolutely unforgettable. This restaurant is a MUST DO for Laughlin visitors, locals and Bullhead City residents. The only negative is that it was dead at the restaurant and that drives me crazy because this place is so good that I absolutely do not want to see it go away!“

“This is the nicest bistro type establishment in the tri-state area. We like it as an impromptu or for a planned nice place to just enjoy. Appetizers are to die for, Kay is so enamored with the crab cakes she just doesn't try any thing else. I have tried several and have been pleased with every one. Service is outstanding and we are particularly fond of Jessica. We have dined at many of the big chef star restaurants across the country and find Black Bear Bistro holds it's own a a pleasant albeit a more casual venue which certainly is worth visiting and enjoying the easy ambiance.“

“First time there... It was an hour before closing. The place was nice and clean. There were 3 other young men in there which was fine with me. I was the only female in the place.
The bartender and she recommended maybe coming back on saturday night which I will do other than that.I have no complaints.Drinks were good didn't eat.“

“The establishment was nice and cool and not too many people. Yvette was very pleasant throughout our time there. She made sure we had coffee. Took our order and made sure the eggs were prepared to my wife's request. She checked with us to see if everything was good and did we need anything else. Yvette has waited on us before. She remembered us and was consistent in her attentiveness to taking care of us. Thank you for the opportunity to comment. We'll see her again soon.“
