“We went for dinner on New Year’s Eve and the food was amazing. The minestrone soup was so delicious and the vegetables tasted so fresh. I had the Zesty linguine and it was so good. My partner had the chicken cacciatore and he thought it was really delicious. I want to go back soon and get more of their delicious food.kk“

“My mom and I have frequented Mesquite many times over the past 15 years and have always stayed at the Casablanca and were appalled with ourselves that we'd never dined at Katherines. On our latest trip this past weekend, we decided to treat ourselves and booked a reservation for Saturday. What a VIBE. We walked in, announced we had a reservation, and the hostess got us seated immediately. (We walked past the bar to get to our table and I was sorely tempted to ask for seats there, because it was beautiful.) Once seated, we were served water right away and received bread service. Our waiter, Ruben, stopped by shortly after, and was absolutely outstanding during the entire dinner service. He took our drink order and returned with the drinks quickly, took our food order, and if I had to guess, we had food in front of us in less than 15 minutes. Mom and I shared an 8 oz filet - her half was cooked to a perfect medium rare and my half was cooked to a perfect rare. We also shared mushrooms, french fries, and she ordered a baked potato. The food was remarkable and we were very full by the end of the meal. We declined dessert and asked for our check, and we were done with dinner and in and out in less than an hour. The whole experience was outstanding and during our travels to Mesquite next time, we plan to dine there again. 10000/10 would recommend. (And don't be hard-pressed about the dress code; mom and I dressed up, and several others were dressed well too, but there were a lot of individuals in shorts and tennis shoes - men and women alike - and it was no issue.)“

“The bar stools in the new area are awful. The old bar area is so much nicer. The horse show bar allows patrons to talk to each other and enjoy their meals. The new bar area is uncomfortable and harder in the employees.
The service is awesome, great drinks and classy atmosphere.“
