The Purple Sage Restaurant is a great place to eat. The restaurant is inside a hotel, but it is nice, spacious, and quiet. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. The food is fresh and delicious. The menu is small, but the flavor is great. The Purple Sage Restaurant serves meals like burgers, salmon, southwest salad, Cesar with grilled chicken, and Sweet Soy Salmon. The fries are excellent and some of the best in Mesquite. The restaurant also has a breakfast buffet with a lot of variety and good coffee. The atmosphere is upscale and inviting, with wonderful local pictures of Gold Butte National Monument. The staff is exceptionally warm and attentive, making it a welcoming environment. The Purple Sage Restaurant is a great new gem and a fantastic place to dine, whether you are a hotel guest or a local.
