“I kept hearing ads about old Vegas in the Casablanca casino so we stopped on the way back from a ski trip and had dinner at Katherines. 60 for a 16 oz ribeye. It was excellent and I prefer rare which to me is the true test. They modified my Manhatten with St. Germane instead of sweet vermouth at no additional cost and a full martini glass to boot. The service was great. The bread... Dinner rolls and some other focaccia you'd get in the bread aisle at the local grocery... Do better you're a steak house! Lighted menus so perfect for those of at a certain age. Lighting? Again you're a steak house. Nobody looks good under 5000 kelvin light except a patient on an operating table. Incandent or very warm would be ideal. We did enjoy the dinner and would eat there again“

“Ambience was really nice — gave off classic Old Vegas vibes. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the live Italian station, and the salad bar was fresh and well-stocked. Overall, a good place for a relaxed and tasty buffet experience.“
