“My husband stopped in to this store as we were on a long road trip to Utah. He mentioned to Jay (hopefully that’s her name) that my latte was cold that I received from another Starbucks and asked if it was possible to reheat it and instead she offered to make a new one right away and it was great! Thank you so much for your amazing customer service and generosity. It made the long drive with our kiddos a lot sweeter.“
