We ordered with a little apprehension seeing the negative reviews but in the end the pizzas were plentiful and good. Certainly these are not artisanal pizzas but they are good and hot.
Pizzas are all pre-made so no altering the topping. Taste was better than my visit two years ago but both the deep dish and flat crust were doughy. The would benefit from another minute of cooking. Had the spinach and feta deep dish but not much feta and has a 7" cheese which could have been cruncher. The 4th star in this rating was for the order taker. I ordered, three pizzas, popcorn, two different scoops of ice cream and a dounet and she was taking other orders and did...
First time visiting the Virgin River Hotel and had to try my favorite type of pizza (Chicago style deep dish). A very unique setting in that the stand lies within a colorful bowling alley. The service was far better than expected. Wait time for the food was rather quick. The pizza flavorful and filling. While I've had better deep dish at my favorite pizza spot, Uno Express will definitely be my stop next time in Mesquite.
