1st time here. I was dining by myself. Started for the counter however was offered a table I gladly accepted. Service was quick, she was on top of making sure everything was alright and my coffee always full without being overly attentive. Food was excellent. Had the Cowboy Bene. Portions were large. Atmosphere excellent. Small but extremely comfortable. Highly recommend and will definitely return next time in Minden

I wouldn't recommend based on my food. Chicken fried steak was pretty lousy, the hash browns were inedible (tasted like dirty water), and the gravy was pretty cheap tasting and bland. It all tasted very low quality, like it was direct from a food service.
It's 5-10min later and I'm not feeling so good.
Cute place inside with fun cowboy memorabilia and old rifles.

Outstanding breakfast!!! Traveling through and stopped in for breakfast. My favorite meal of the day is breakfast. This place was a 5!!!! Large portions, great hustle with the server, and tasty food.

Without any notice or warning the waitress added a 12 dollar gratuity to our ticket and our three pancake breakfasts and 3 drinks was 79 dollars. No one even got a refill on our drinks. I was a regular customer but I’ll never set foot there again.

If you love a rustic diner with delicious breakfasts and great burgers and sandwiches, make sure to try Cowboy's. Love this little place. Be aware that it is small and does get crowded (and loud!) during breakfast in the summer and especially on weekends.

The inside of the restaurant was charmingly decorated in a cowboy motif. Service was prompt and courteous. We had breakfast here. I had an omelet, and my wife had buckwheat pancakes. It was all good. We will be coming back.
Best breakfast place in Minden, and worth a special trip. I take my family here whenever we're in town visiting local friends. I love Cowboys Cafe.

Cowboy’s Cafe was such a gem! It’s a small, cozy spot with the cutest cowboy vibes — think rustic charm and warm, homey energy. I went with my family, and we all absolutely loved our food. Every dish was full of flavor and clearly made with care.

Excellent place to grab a bite, good service & great food prepared fresh, the cup of chili we added to our order was delicious. The only drawback for us is that the Cafe closes at 1:30 pm as opposed to most breakfast places around town close at 3 pm so it makes it hard to get to the restaurant before it closes, my suggestion is add an hour an a half to your closing time so your customers that come from a little further away can get to your restaurant and enjoy it in time
