Great Basin Brewing Company - Minden

Great food, reasonable prices. Minden location to go staff could use some training. Standing around chatting and playing with your hair while my food sits on counter 20 minutes is ridiculous.

My husband got the buttermilk chicken sandwich and I got chicken bacon avocado sandwich. On Both sandwiches the chicken was smaller than the bun meaning we had more bun than meat. The bacon could have been cooked longer as well. French fries were awesome and were $8 for such a small amount we thought.

I really enjoy eating at this restaurant, the food is good the atmosphere is great. The service is always fantastic especially if you are lucky enough to be tended to by Denver.

When you do things halfway, you disappoint loyal customers and leave money on the table.
Bartenders make more money if they look cute but for god sakes enforce food & drink safety rules. Hair should not be getting all over the spray nozzle as you lean over the bar to tend to patrons. It’s unsanitary and disgusting to see and wonder “are they prepping my food in a clean environment??”
Also - Why have 2 giant screen tv’s in the bar if you’re not gonna have an ESPN+ subscription so that something worth watching plays? It’s a business write off like come on. I sat through my lunch watching an extended infomercial on senior assisted living….. I’m trying to relax on my lunch. I should’ve gone to a drive through and watched tv on my phone. Whoever is running this place is overextended and needs help. Ask for it!! A lot of people wanna see this place stay and thrive - myself included!!

We were able to celebrate my Son, husband and FIL's birthdays outside. Great service, great food. Very accomodating. Both my FIL and BIL are both wheelchair bound and we had no issues. Thank you again for a great time.

Awesome burgers, wings, fries and beers. Love the laid back self service style. The self service is great as you grab your food as soon as it’s ready. Food was hot and ready quick!! Keep up the great work!

Meh. Good beer. Decent food. Overpriced a bit and cafeteria style. Charging for ranch? Could do better. It was fast. Can do lunch in 30 minutes if no crowd.
