Waited forty minutes for our order. When we got it the food was Luke warm. No apologies No nothing. Talked to another customer, and she said the same thing. They do not seem to care about dine in customers.

A bit slow with their service. Yesterday when I went to McDonald's I got nuggets at work have been stale and were cold this morning I stopped at McDonald's to get a coffee and all day long I was sick when I got home I started vomiting all over I am at currently in bed sick because your coffee made me sick or was it the creamer I don't know. I shared what happened today with my boyfriend and he said this is why he does not go to McDonald's he had the same thing happened to him.

I’ve been to this McDonalds 3-4 times. I don’t have high expectations with McDonalds generally but this one is worse than most. Today my fries were barely warm, the burger was cold, the cheese wasn’t melted and bread was cold. This wasn’t the first time the food was sub-par. The food did come out quickly and the servers were fine but I won’t be back. Too bad because it’s a pretty convenient location.

Your Simmons & Ann store has temperature set at 60 degrees, the dining room is empty. All 5 families we visit with are gone, never to return. Is it possible to increase the temperature to, at least 70 degrees?

We walk in to order and the young kid at the counter looks at us and points to the stupid automatic order thing... like why are there even people here if you can not do your job...? A little ridiculous. Do your dam job or go find a different one where you do not have to work with people

I've had a lot of mcds in my time and this one here stands out by far. Best taste and fresh food.. JD is the manager and runs a great team. Food was right the first time and place was clean. Even had a young man out cleaning the dining room to make sure it stayed clean. For sure a must try if ur in this part of town.
