Went through the drive thru and had to wait 10 minutes for 1 burger and 1 lrg fry. The employees were standing on there phones chatting. This is fast food that’s why there is a drive thru. Also I have a baby crying in the car.

Ordered in the drive thru, was told to wait out front for my medium fry to finish. 5 minutes later, I go inside, said I was in a hurry and asked for my order. Got a deer in the headlights stare, told them what I ordered and another guy gave it to me. Fry was not fresh. TLDR, don't let them make you wait out front, stay in the drive thru or they'll forget about you.

Moved into this area Jan 2025 - and quite frankly, I think this is worst McDonald’s in the area. There’s one manager who’s a guy with glasses that I think is the only one in charge that actually keeps his team in line. Otherwise I have consistently gotten soggy fries, dirty tasting hot lattes, ugly looking cheeseburgers that my kids won’t eat because they literally look punched or the patty is way off center. Today was just atrocious, it’s a real issue because this is a rural area. By the time I’m on my way home I have to drive like 30+ min on a good traffic day to ask for a refund in store. I just feel like for how many times they’ve messed up my order I would rather they refund my card directly and recoup gas money I wouldn’t have wasted if the food was up to regular McDonald’s standards.
Literally I can’t believe I’m writing an essay for MCDONALDS but they’ve messed up way too many orders since I’m move into this area to not mention it in a review!!
Today my partner ordered 6 cheeseburgers no pickle — all of the cheeseburgers had pickles despite the order screen confirming there would be no pickles. The cheese on the cheeseburgers were stiff and COLD ?! We went around 11 am — why am I receiving stale looking hamburgers? Do you serve PAYING customers your mistake pile hamburgers? I know this might seem like no big deal, but literally adding ingredients when asked by the customer to exclude it, can lead to allergic reactions. —— please do not visit this store unless you recognize the one good manager that bothers to check food quality BEFORE it’s handed to a paying customer. 1/10 ⭐️ please just spend your money at literally ANY OTHER McDonald’s or nearby restaurants in the Minden area

I don't recommend you because even after paying you guys $20 a hour which i don't believe you deserved or earned you still can't get things right! no napkins or sauces and when asked for them it's like your being bothered for doing your job!
