They were completely out of nuggets so ordered a double quarter pounder with no mustard and two double cheeseburgers for me and my girlfriend. Double quarter pounder had only one patty that was undercooked and had mustard, which I made a point of making sure it said no mustard on the screen when I ordered. The two double cheeseburgers were substituted for mcdoubles and the pattys on those were both burnt. Pretty bad even for mcdonalds standards.

We’ve ordered McChickens through the app countless times, always selecting extra mayo, and we’ve NEVER been charged for it. But this franchise charged extra for something that’s already standard on the sandwich! I get it if it were for bacon or cheese, but mayo is already part of the deal. Charging 30 cents for just a little extra mayo feels pretty ridiculous.
If the app is supposed to save you money, why even bother to have it if franchises can nickel and dime you for every little thing?

This may be the worst McDonald's in NV. The service is awful, they ALWAYS get your order wrong even if you just order a value meal with no changes.
This trip I ordered the $6 meal and it came with a Hamburger? Wtf?
The food is consistently good and the service is always great. The crew smiles as though they are happy to be there and I have always gotten exactly what I ordered whether in person or ordering ahead thru the mobile app Only issue is the dead spot near it that Makes the mobile app glitchy.

My husband and I were at the McDonald's in Ely Nevada. We stood at the register for a long time and nobody would help us. I had to finally verbally get their attention. I said that I would like to make an order. The guy said that they only take orders through kiosk at this time. I said that I don't know how to use it. He ignored me. So we left. He should have acknowledged that I was standing at the register and informed me that they only take orders through the kiosk. We had just finished driving 8 hours and we were tired and hungry. A little courtesy would have helped. There was no choice for zero stars, that is why I gave one star.
