I have to say Desiree the general manager at six in the morning was very urgent eager to get me served. They were having problems in the morning and she stepped up right into action to get this addressed. Thank you Desiree.

Well, it is a McDonald's, and post covid, the general experience at McDonald's has just gone down hill. Not enough staff to keep the Double drive through flowing , and half the menu is MIA or out of stock. My McNuggets were overcooked, and drippy, and they had no sauces. Staff was courteous, but a lot of spiteful chatter from the back of the kitchen, and everyone seemed tired.

This McDonald's location has the new layout. I am not a fan of the new layout as it feels much less customer centric. It appears as though the intent is to discourage customers from using the reduced indoor space. Cashiers are non-existent as your primary order system is the "self-service" kiosk (not always a bad thing), but when you're paying cash, it is hard to get the attention of an actual person to pay for your order. Going through the drive-thru is fine, but that seems like the new business model for some McDonald's locations; to deal with their customers face to face as little as possible in each visit and exchange. The new business model sucks, not the employees.

This Mcdonalda is so Great, that I even share my opinions with the Capital of Nevada Goverment and Officials that we should vote to Replace this location of McDonalds with a Brand New In N Out, More Business would come to be, If they did so, such act of friendliness and kindness!

The food was quite stale, and didn't seem made when ordered. Also, the hashbrowns were under cooked, almost raw. Didn't quite understand the "rush" when it was not even busy. In addition, I didn't appreciate being asked after every item I ordered "is that all?"
