To be blunt, I had no idea this was a place until today. Furthermore, I was not expecting much from a place in it's location. This is the best Mexican food I have ever ate. The food was fresh, the restroom was clean, and the service was high end. It only makes me sad that I live in Colorwdo so far away from it ? . So do me a favor and pop in here whenever you possibly can. Trust me it will exceed expectations ??. Stay blessed ??
Oh my goodness. This restaurant is amazing. So glad we stopped in for lunch. The food and service were excellent. The steak fajitas were something of beauty. And the salsa was homemade. I was thinking it was going to be run of the mill salsa, but much to my surprise, it was so tasty and fresh. Not sure what they make it with, but you do not want to miss it. It also goes well with the fajitas and burritos. Thank you for the great food and atmosphere. Wish we lived closer.

We’re Canadian snowbirds who love to find good independent restaurants. Chile Poblano is a hidden gem in Moapa, just off I-15, that’s worth going the distance for… absolutely delicious chicken & beef tacos. The beans & rice were so flavourful. A truly outstanding meal in a family owned restaurant. Maria was a delightful server & the general ambiance was so comfortable & friendly.
