The bartender (Michelle) of the establishment didn't allow me a drink. I was gambling, she was rude to me. I wouldn't gave patronize the establishment.

I cannot rate the food being as I didn't have lunch here today but I have seen patrons thoroughly enjoying a meal at Bourbon Street. Ivera was very polite and made me feel welcomed as soon as I arrived. I love the 30 or so high quality TVs in the lounging area. It's not all about gaming here. There's arcade and Billiards to compliment having a good time. AC works amazing. This Bourbon St was also very very clean. Well kept. Good job Bourbon Street.i will be back.

Worst place to gamble , I had a worker watch and see that I put $50 in a broken slot machine that had no sign it was broken, he takes out the stack and says he clearly sees the $50 bill I put in , and it won’t come out and says they have to do a full investigation even though he clearly sees that it ain’t my money , I haven’t got a call yet , you guys robbed me and even says on paper work is get 86’d I tipped the young man named Thomas $11 I buy a combo meal and while waiting I put a $50 in and it ate it , management etc hasn’t called yet it’s been 7 hours that was my gas money back home , I had to take a bus and walk 13 miles home . Because I was going to play $10 and pretty much break the change , you guys are a total disaster do you have any idea how hot it is . No sorry , no call and I don’t even live near this bourbon street I live in Inspirada by the m casino , what in the world is going on ??? Melody I heard you’re the manager , if your worker clearly sees my $50 what investigation are you guys doing , I hope you guys have cameras and why would you threaten to 86 me I would never even go back there even if there was an apocalypse!

We had a good time here. We were passing by so we didn’t spend much time here. But for the most part bar is awesome. It’s huge, they had an area where u can watch all the sports tvs, w a comfortable setting. They have these leather couches which are so comfortable, where u can watch all the tvs and relax. Shoot we did. We ordered 3 drinks 1 goose ipa, one shock top and 1 of their slushies. At first when we got in there we got a “dottys” vibe but as u experience more and more of the bar u see it’s hella not! Lol bartender was super chill friendly, super cute too. I think the most ull like abt the bar is the art. It’s beautiful. Come check it out lovelies!

Clean place to go

The only thing Bourbon Street had going for it are the arcade games and slushie drinks. They serve overpriced barely edible frozen food. And they're a ghost town. They've chosen to keep the games closed for 3 years since covid because they don't want to pay the techs required for them, and can't even keep their slushie machines functional to freeze the drinks, at various locations. Just close shop!!!

They have never reopened their games, and when we called the person who answered the phone said they will never be running again. That was the only appeal for that place.
