I ordered my food paid with cash. The cashier told me I gave her the wrong amount. Order was 10.92, I handed her 20.02. Cookies very hard, asked for a replacement or refund. The manager was irritated and gave me the incorrect refund. The cashier is watching (creeping, pretending to wipe tables)me as I write this review. In the drive thru they can never hear me due to the cars passing. (After the remodel) At night it's always young kids playing in the window. The manager is always close by. So, I stop coming at night. But not much difference.

First time back after the remodel. 2 of the 3 kiosks work. The place has trash on the ground. The soda machine is out of ice and soda. I would give it zero stars if I could. Never going back. It's the same as it was before the remodel if im paying over $50 for 4 people everything should be top notch

Trash everywhere and not an employee in sight. Looks like a large soda was spilt on the floor hours ago and was now mostly dried to the floor. Over half the empty tables were filthy although there was only maybe three customers inside. The drink station was absolutely trashed and most of the fountain drink options unavailable (Sprite, Dr. Pepper, Root Beer, Fanta all empty). Lastly, I took my kid to wash up before we ate the room-temperature food and cold fries we were handed but the restroom sink was appalling. It looks like someone was doing soiled laundry in the sink and there was trash all over the floor.
We only stopped in because of the playhouse for the kids but I’ll never make that mistake again. This place is an absolute dump. Steer clear!

Waited way to long in the drive thru for fast food. Should of had the van in front of me pull around so the one's of us waiting could proceed, there was 3 vehicles behind me, and after 9 minutes I received my order due to the van getting their order my food sat in the bag and was handed to me it was cold.
We ordered from postmates, and our driver had to wait like almost an hour, because they said they were doing shift change and not to bother them.. absolutely ridiculous. Wasting both our drivers, and our time.. plus you can’t even cancel on postmates. Never ordering from this location again.

The customer service & the food at this Burger King is horrible. The tall young black man with the ponytail was extremely rude at the drive thru while taking our order. Then we had to wait for our order for about 10 minutes or more while I watch them play around inside the store while we waited without no explanation as to why we were waiting so long. When they weren't playing they keep staring at my son & husband who were driver & front seat passenger. It was so weird & their behavior was extremely weird. Finally they young black man with the ponytail just handed my son our food while staring at him & did not say a word. No sorry for the wait...No Thank you...NO NOTHING. This was our first & last time that we will be patronizing this creepy location.
