I’m not usually one to write reviews, but today I feel it’s necessary. My family and I dined in around 7 PM, and while I knew it would be busy—drive-thru and mobile orders included—I didn’t mind waiting. What I didn’t expect was to wait over 30 minutes for our meals and then be served something genuinely unacceptable.
I ordered a regular Whopper, and it was the most disappointing meal I’ve ever received from this location. The lettuce was clearly spoiled—slimy, soggy, discolored, and giving off an unpleasant odor. The buns were smashed, and the bottom bun was covered with far too many seeds, as if it had been used to collect loose seeds from elsewhere.
On top of that, the kids’ play area desperately needs to be cleaned and ventilated. The smell of feet coming from that room was overwhelming, and there were loose socks left behind. Even though we moved to the dining area, every time the play area door opened, that horrible smell filled the room and made it impossible to enjoy eating. It was genuinely nauseating.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and $35 felt completely wasted.

It's a great place for a tasty burger as long as they serve me what I paid for, no ketchup & no mustard on my burgers please. I got 2 burgers yesterday requested no ketchup no mustard, what did I get extra ketchup no mustard. I barf when I smell ketchup must less eat it.

This is the most nice Burger King I have ever seen. The customer service is amazing, I feel very welcomed every time I come. My food is always fresh and hot. The black Manager that works nights I love her , always has a beautiful smile , make sure customers are satisfied. I really like her they did an amazing job making her a manager wish there were more managers like her. The environment is very comfortable overall I love Burger King on Craig!

My sister and I went there for for breakfast. My sister ordered a biscuit sandwich combo meal she said her biscuit tasted terrible so all she was able to eat was the hash browns and the and her drink. My breakfast was actually very good. They have recently changed to having lone small counter and kiosks. But they are not really paying a lot of attention to the counter and who may be out there needing something.

Not great....... The drink area was unclean and disarray. The dining tables were soiled. Our french fries fries were served cold.
Went to drive through on July 30th at 10:55pm, and the girl on the intercom at the drive through area asked me to wait atleast 30 minutes because they were in a shift change. At first I thought she was joking because there were only 2 other cars ahead of me in the drive through, but she said she was serious so I ended up having to reverse out of the drive through. There was no way i was going to wait 30 mins to place an order when there are plenty of other near by places who would never tell that to a customer. Wonder if management or corporate knows their staff are telling people even when its not busy to wait atleast 30 mins to place an order due to shift change. Thats insane.

Yo!! Whoever was in the back cooking at 2:30pm on July 24th you're the real MVP. My food was hot and fresh and the burger came out looking like they do in the commercials. The food was pricey but it was worth it! Thanks.

The worst experience on 7/10/25. At 3:45am on my lunch break I went to Burger King on Craig and Pecos rd in las Vegas Nevada. Not only was I not able to make 2 orders at once, but I had to wait 20 minutes for a stale burger, and chicken fries. They also forgot to ad cheese on my burger which I paid for. Never going back to that location ever again
