Drive thru states it's open 24 hours now but when I pulled up I was sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes with no employee ever saying anything to me and then I pulled up to the window and watched them ignore me for another few minutes as I honked to get their attention.... Absolutely the worst service and employees and if this is what burger King wants for their workers I'll not be coming back

It’s ridiculous I get here at 11:13 PM and I get told they are closed for a shift change. Last time I checked it said the drive-through was open 24 hours. They didn’t even attempt to serve me.

Went to use a coupon, this old woman who works here had the audacity to look at me countless times as I wait to order from her to use a coupon. I thought, she’s older, she needs more time. Then she did five drive thru orders in the span of ten minutes. I’m the only customer in the building. She says to use the self order. I told her I have a coupon. I asked her to show me how to do it since I never used it. She didn’t even try to help. Hire better people. This is the same reason why everyone I know isn’t eating fast food anymore. Not only is it not good for you, the workers have a lead stare like our presence is a nuisance even though they willfully signed to do a job. Whoever owns this place, please do better and get better assets, not liabilities.

Haven't been in a burger in quite a minute...went to get the old stand by....chicken sandwich with fries. Store looked new and clean, very pleasant.
The worse drive thru ever. they only take cash and no debit or credit which i think is weird unless they are pocketing the money. the night window employee is rude and seems like he does not like her job. Just quit and give the next person an opportunity to work and do a better job than you.

The self ordering system needs work. It only let me customize one of the items I got resulting in me being unsatisfied with the other item. It does not show you total including tax so if items were added that cost extra, then the total is actually the subtotal before tax. This is decieving.
