This Burger King on Ann Rd is the worse.. my son likes the chicken fries and I stopped going ages ago cause the drive through takes FOREVER of how slow the service is... this time we tried entering to order given that the drive through was full cause it was taking forever... inside it was the same if not worse since they took twice as long to prepare a kid's meal and a chicken sandwich.. I think I waiting about 40 minutes for my order. I also ordered extra sauce cause the sandwich was dry and did not taste good cause it tasted like burnt oil and it took about 3 minutes just for a sauce... frankly observing them "work" they would only focus on the drive thru food and not the food for the people that were inside the restaurant.. I saw 2 more different people come in to order and they ordered 1 item each and it took forever for them to get their food too...

Been in the drive-thru for 20 minutes with two cars in front of me, and the line hasn't moved once. Barely any cars in the parking lot, I have no idea what could possibly be the hold up.Update: 30 minutes total, for 3 cars. Insanity.

We waited in line and the manager I believe was the one on the window at the drive through and she was very nice. But the person that answered the phone was simply abrupt when I called and said my order was wrong and he told me to get in line again. When. He could have come up to the door because there was still one customer Inside. He could have taken my order and fix it. I asked the person twice who answered the phone around 10 pm or a bit after and he said if you want it fix you can come back and make the line again. Horrid.

I do not even know where to start. My girlfriend and I went to this burger King, one of the worst experiences in fast food I have ever had. Placed my order on the application. Was in the Drive-Thru for one hour. There were five cars ahead of me and it took the store one hour to process five cars. I saw multiple people standing around with no sense of urgency or desire to get people their orders. Then when is my turn at the window the frozen coke machine was cleaning itself and I was offered two shakes in replacement. Hand the shakes she said thank you. But still no food. Shakes both looked like vanilla and we're not good just hint of chocolate in one and hint of strawberry in the other. Got my order finally fies were spilled in the bag, rodeo burgers were smashed, bread was wet from to much sauce on fish sandwich. And missing chicken fries. She then handed me chicken fries I asked since coke machine was cleaning could I have a coke. (Charged me 3.39) could not believe it. Then while waiting for coke another employee asked for my chicken fries back said said they belonged to another order. I gave them back and saw here put them on a tray for an order inside. Then I got my coke and she said please wait, making more chicken fries. WOW!!!! No ketchup or ranch or napkins. Needless to say as good as BK food is for me. They lost me for this and the last three experiences

The service here was terrible. I went here on Nov 5th 1:11 PM I waited until 1:45 PM before I went to the counter to ask for my money back. I'm not the kind of person who complains. They do share a parking lot with Albertsons so you would think that they could cook you a burger in less time. So you groceries wouldn't melt The staff looked confused on what they were doing.Good Luck

If my unhealthy addiction to Whoppers wasn't so strong, and because this location is only 1 min away, I would never come here. I place the largest blame on ownership/management because they cannot seem to keep employees. I've talked to many employees over the years that have worked here and they all have the same complaints.. poor training.. poor managers.. poor treatment and an "I don't give a s@*t mentality by everyone involved. I few years ago they had some great employees and it's because of them I kept coming back.. now it's just stupidity on my part. Over the last 10 trips I took data so I knew what I was talking about. All trips were through the drive-thru. Here's the results of the last 10 trips:1) Being acknowledged that you're waiting at the speaker: 2 min 03 seconds. If that doesn't seem like a long time, get out your smart phone and hit the stopwatch and just stare at a blank wall for 2:03. That 2:03 min isn't to place an order, that's just to be acknowledged. 7 of the 10 times it was to say to wait and they'll be with me. Those 7 times it took another 1:52 to come back to take my order.2) Average length of time to receive the order once it's been placed: 18:12. I can go to a sit-down restaurant, and get my order in less than 18 min after I place it. It should not be that way at a fast food drive-through. And that's only AFTER I placed my order. Tack on that 2:03 min after I get to the speaker before they take my order and usually another 3-4 min waiting to get to the speaker. 3) Average time per car: 6:23 min. To make it fair I went through two other fast food restaurants, and only if there were are least 3 cars in the drive-thru, so I could do an apples-to-apples comparison. Nearly 5-1/2 min per car? That's insane. Compare that to McD's, which averaged barely over 1 min per car. Now I know, if there's 4-5 cars in line I can expect, on average, I'll be there for 20-30 min, and can go elsewhere instead.4) Accuracy of the order: 50%. That's right.. I only received a correct order half of the time. And to make it easy I didn't order anything special. No additions, no deductions. Just straight off the menu as it comes. 5) Received a thank you: 1 time. Only 1 time out of 10 did someone say thank you, or something similar (have a nice day, etc). I picked your restaurant to spend my money.. Say Thank You!This location used to be my go-to breakfast stop in the morning, but because of the horrible service I may go here 1x a week now, and that's still kind of generous, which will now go to maybe 1 or 2x a month. So what triggered this review? Well, after feeling that it was taking soooo long to go through their drive-thru I decided to verify it with some hard data, but today really clinched it. Today's visit is not counted into the above stats. If it were they would have plummeted in all categories. When I pulled up a car in the left drive-thru lane was backing out. I chalked it up to maybe they were out of what they wanted, but soon cam to realize that wasn't the case. I hade waited 3.45 min with still no one taking my order or even acknowledging i was there, despite repeated calls of me of "anyone there", "helloooo", and "is this thing working". After no reply I pulled up to the window. There were no other cars in the drive-thru and two cars in front of the restaurant. When the person came to the window, looking bewildered on why I as there, I asked if their speaker system is working. I was told they were just busy. Busy? No cars in drive-thru and only two cars in front. How busy could they be? I said, "you couldn't even at least acknowledge I was there and ask me to wait?". I was told, "I didn't even know you were there". Ok, so were they too busy or did they not even know i was there? I asked if she was the only one taking orders, to which I was told no. So I guess everyone didn't know I was there, or everyone was too busy or everyone jus

My girls found a vape pen in the play area . And tabaco ashes . Was in horrible cleaning conditions .. the food was over a 10 minute way despite not having other customers in lobby or drive thru. The store manager taking a smoking break and the shift leader with his shoes half on half off . ? yeah no.

Do not go through the drive thru unless you have 15 minutes or more to waste. Definitely not fast food ?

Been waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes for nuggets that only take 4 minutes to cook. This location is awful and they could care less how long you wait. Decatur isn’t any better, flies swarm that restaurant. Get it together Burger King. Also, the manager tonight told me the reason I’m waiting is because it’s cheeseburger day. After 30 minutes I left.

Literally the 5th time in a row I've waited over 20 minutes even to be acknowledged to pick up my order. This time went inside to try and get it and was ignored... so went to drive through and still waiting another 10 minutes later. So I'm writing this while I'm... still waiting... never again am I coming here. That was the last straw.
