Had such a warm pleasant experience here at Ann and Simmons in North Las Vegas this morning!

I used to avoid this bk location but the people working especially at night are very nice and have turned around the food quality. I’m happy to wait longer for a fresher product anyway 🙏
Worst place ever you wait in line 25+ minutes even though you order through the mobile app ahead of time. And then you end up with missing food most of the time. Check your bags people before you leave. I’m usually in a rush and don’t pay attention till I get home. Shouldn’t even need to check. If I paid for it, it should be in my bag!
