I came to this location twice in two days. Once 40min before close so I completely understood when I was told that they were out of almost everything as it looked like they were closing.Today I went in 2 hours before close and was told the exact same thing. However, this time the staff still appeared to be closing things down. I do not believe that this can be the same result the second time. The staff seemed a lot more occupied among themselves rather than my order as well as informing me that many of the things I ordered were out only after I had ordered. I proceeded to let the employee know that I no longer want my order to be met with the comment "I already made it.."I have heard decent things of this place not necessarily this location but I will not be returning. Tonight, I went to Chipotle.

Cafe Rio used to be my favorite spot, now it’s a mess. The co workers don’t seem to care about you, the food looks old and soggy like if it was made fast and not handled with care. the cashier is the only one who had manners and acknowledge the customers.

I am a person to never ever write any reviews but I really felt like I needed too. So I went to try the new bowl and was very excited to try and sorry to say it was very disappointing. The Employee served me a soggy bowl of mainly just barbacoa meat with one scoop of rice. And my bowl was so soggy to eat. The lettuce and guacamole wasn’t even fresh. I use to love coming to Cafe rio. Idk what happened but the staff need better training and better customer service and seems like they dislike there job. Please train your peeps.

iI ordered on door dash which i do like . but i pad $30 for a 1 salad a sald !!!! to be delivered.... in which none of the additions i paid for arrived ! as well as what i normally get from cafe rio is not what i received. i basically got a tortilla with what bad lettuce was left thrown in . i am in awe and this kind of ridiculous!

Worst Cafe Rio and dirtiest ever. I ordered the coconut shrimp tacos and only received shrimp and flour tacos, nothings else. No cilantro or lettuce as pictured. Your staff need some serious training on their menus and cleanliness. There was staff drinking in the prep areas where food was being made. Just close this store.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with service. The manager didn't seem to care and wasn't will to help make the visit better. Just sat in the dining room with 3 other associates. I was told they didn't have 3 different meats even though they don't close for over a hour. I work fast food. If I ever told a customer I was out I would be fired. I use to be a loyal customer. I will absolutely never return again after tonight!!!

Ordered online and they didn't get the order right at all. Luckily the food tastes good any way you get it. Need to work on paying attention to the way they are ordered. Overall we'll still go back because the foods good.
This location has the worst customer service in Vegas. I had to wait for over 10 mins for the servers to prepare my food, due to horse playing of your staff members from the back to the front.They didn't have enough Queso to complete my meal and for some reason they have to pour my Queso in the Backroom. I Love Cafe'Rio but this is the worst location in Vegas. If i find anything extra in my food meant to harm me, i will be reporting you all to the heallth department immediately.Vegetarian options: All

If I could give this place 1 star I would. My hubby just placed an order through Grubhub for 2 salads and a kid quesadilla. The quesadilla was burnt and greasy that we ended up throwing it away. We paid for our meals this wasn't free so please make the customers meal with love and if you don't like your job then maybe it's time to find another one. We'll be complaining to Grubhub.
