The staff were rude, and didn't listen to the order, not helpful, and too slow.
Awesome atmosphere! The staff is so kind and respectful. I was greated walking in and helped promptly. My fave cafe Rio location in all Las Vegas!
Today I went into Cafe Rio at about 4:30. The manager walked in and got straight to work. They were out of grilled chicken, and I got the pull chicken for the first time. The food was good. But the customer service was OUTSTANDING! The young man waiting in the customer was pleasant and the rest of the staff was also working as well. I sincerely appreciate good customer service after a long day at work. Thank you so much.
