I just ordered and they lost my food only told us 10 min after they did then took 20 min to bring my order out and once it finnaly came out the soup was half full all of the contents of the sandwich were on one side of the bread and the other side only had tomatos which weren't even on the sandwitch I ordered

The food here is good. Really good, actually, but it's just salad and soup and sandwiches and they charge an arm and a leg. I paid $22 for the food in the photo it's a little bit of salad and a cup of soup. Yes yes, it's healthy and fresh and I appreciate that and I know the world has gone crazy and food costs and all costs are beyond what they ever should be, but I started going to Cafe Zupas well before the world went crazy and they have always charged way, way, way too much! I forget how ridiculous it is sometimes and order from there anyway, and then I'm highly disappointed.

I just had the best protein bowl ever today! After hearing the employees top picks, I chose the power bowl and added sweet potato. Omg every bite I caught myself closing my eyes saying mmmmm. Then I started texting everyone telling them it's the best thing ever and they have to get one TODAY! The employees were super sweet, polite, and helpful but honestly they could've cussed me out and even that couldn't have ruined this meal. Topping that off with the complimentary chocolate covered strawberry...you just can't go wrong. Can't wait to try all the flavors then make my own mix! I did get the dubai chocolate brownie cup but was too full to try it yet but it looks delicious! Go get you a bowl today because I know you're all tired of the same old burger and chicken spots!

Just stopped by for the first time to pick up some soup for a sick friend, we didn't use the drive thru kiosk properly and Michael was quick to help us as he was running orders back and forth, he was so friendly and helpful and genuine!! What a wonderful worker you have here!! The food was great and the whole process mishap included was fast and efficient.

I Ordered 2 of the 8.99 build your own bowls got to the register came out to be $30 I’m like why? I did add protein brisket she stated it’s 4.98 for each cool ok but why it’s not posted with the prices they had no answer all the lady could say was she doesn’t know lol oh and the brisket is NOT brisket it’s pot roast shredded

Upon entering it stinks really bad, had Ryan as the person who made my food. I ordered a Mediterranean bowl , there was literally 3 pieces of chicken on it because the chicken was pretty much empty and he scraped the last bits that were in there , literally slopped the other ingredients in the bowl so messy and was missing toppings that the bowl came with. I had also ordered 2 kids meals but after seeing my finished bowl I just told the cashier I’m good and walked out. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION

RELEASE YOUR CHOKEHOLD ON ME!! Babyyyyy I am OBSESSED! The Dubai chocolate strawberries are DIVINE ! The curry soup haunts me it's so good! And the salad I ordered was delicious as well. I was two bites in on the drive home and wanted to turn around to order more! I'll see yall tomorrow 😌😛❤️and the day after that as well!

Placed my order ahead of time and got to restaurant and was parked which is fine it was an order for 7 people. After waiting 30 minutes and watching cars come and go that came after me I inquired about my order and the rep was very dismissive and rude. I don't appreciate spending my hard earned money and being disregarded so you can move as many small orders as possible. Horrible experience and to top it off the soups weren't even hot.smh.
Got the mushroom soup and turkey avocado sandwich. Both were very tasty and good! The chocolate covered strawberry was a nice dessert touch.
