Usually come to this location because it's close. Went through the drive thru as we have in the past and there was no outside person taking our order so we pulled to the kiosk and it does not respond to touch well at all. The customer service in the drive thru is not good. This process needs to be fixed and the kiosks need to be set in the lane not up on the curb.

I came here for lunch and it was soooo delicious! Everyone here is super nice, the place is sparkly clean! Huge shout out to Brandan and Michelle for the great experience they really went above and beyond, they let me sample some soup and made sure I liked everything I ordered! Excellent customer service! I would recommend this if you like hot soup and fresh salads this place has it down for lunch, in and out quick!!

First time here & the food and service was top tier. Thanks to the manager Messiah who corrected my order and the entire team was amazing. The chocolate covered strawberries are a chef’s kiss. Way to go Cafè Zupas !

Everytime I ordered something it's either incorrect or poor packaging. The soup I got was not closed properly spilling everywhere. The orders are wrong. Not sure if anyone is monitoring these staff on what they are doing!?

Wife and I decided to try this for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised. The facility was clean and staff were friendly.Salads were good. Complimentary bread had good flavor. Strawberries had cheap chocolate on them.We will eat here again.

I will say one thing that not many restaurants have let alone any other on Craig Rd. is a fully transparent kitchen. This place is very clean no matter what time I dine in. I particularly dine in on Tuesdays nights to see my favorite team working. I am always treated with respect and sincere kindness. I may have had everything on the menu in the past few months that I have been a customer. The tomato basil soup, pesto chicken, chocolate strawberries and cheesecake have to be my favorites. The food is always fresh and made daily. How do I know this... well I went early in the morning and before closing to see the behind the scenes. To the best of my ability I like to know what I consume into my body. I could not recommend this place enough to anyone looking for some well prepared and healthy food... and an amazing team to prepare your meal.I want to send a special thank you to the staff for always smiling while providing top tier service. Also a personal thank you to Miguel, Ryan, Aylin, Kaylin and Raine for always being positive, honest, and kind. Your good deeds never go unnoticed and you all are greatly appreciated.To anyone wanting to try out this restaurant, you cant go wrong. If you want to eat healthy this is one of the only places other than Salad Go that I can recommend. Every penny spent here is worth it.
