Today I had the pleasure of visiting Carl's Jr. at 607 W. Craig Road in North Las Vegas, Nevada. It was an extremely pleasant experience. When I first walked in I was greeted with big smiles from two great guys. They were fantastic. It was like being on a TV commercial where everyone behind the counter is helpful, friendly and fun. This location has like 40 signs posted around demanding you rate them 5 Stars on Google. Which is an absolute joke as they have the worst service. In the 6+ months I've been visiting this location, their wait time have been insane. I can place my order online before leaving my house. Arrive to a completely empty restaurant. No customers in the lobby, no customers in the drive thru. Pull up to the speaker and be told to wait for 5+ minutes. Get to the window and wait 10+ minutes...read full review

The cashier was very nice however l ordered 6 Jalapeño poppers and only got one ranch when l asked for another l was told l had to pay sixteen cents. I think that’s not fair to give one ranch for six poppers. Even a McDonald’s gives you two sauces with 4 chicken McNuggets. I will not be going to Carls junior again until they change there policy that totally wrong!!!!
