The 16 once New York steak was perfectly cooked and was as expected, perfect flavor and tender. Loaded baked potato, perfect. Cesar salad was very big and filled with that flavor of a quality Cesar salad, the croutons were of top quality. Two glasses of the Merlot and it was just right. The waiter was on top of his game, and I rewarded him for it.
My wife and I had a fantastic dining experience at Carve-Cannery Casino hotel. The food was cooked to our perfection (Filet Mignon), the sides were prepared deliciously and our server Darrel, was great. He had a great attitude and was responsive to checking on our dining experience.
Everything was great and delicious

Had a double cut pork chop to go along with my Corn Chowder. The pork chop was cooked perfectly and they include some apple slices which was the perfect accompaniment. Our waiter was very attentive and had a great personality. Definitely will come back so I can try other menu items.
Good value great food. Prime Rib was excellent . Service was very good The server was very helpful and very present. Overall EXCELLENT
We have a beautiful table for our 2nd anniversary for dinner. Thanks for everything. Danriel (F&B Server) is the best. He is friendly and professional. The manager is nice. All the staffs are helpful and warmest welcome. The food is so yummy and fresh. Ken 💕 May
Got to reservation 15 minutes early, restaurant was pretty empty but they sat us at a wobbly table. Hostess was nice and said she would get us water since we were a little early. Server was ok. Kind of slow and never told us his name but he was polite and tried to fix the wobble table. When I made the reservation I did notate we were celebrating an anniversary but that was never brought up. I ordered the 3 course for $55. Appetizer corn chowder took forever to come out but it was ok. Second course was the prime rib and whipped potatoes. Potatoes were delicious but the 8 of prime rib was so thin, so it was overcooked and not tender. I wish I would have just ordered the 12oz. For dessert, the lava cake and apple pie were basic but was also very good. My son did say the chicken piccata was very good. Overall, it was ok, it took almost 2 hours, which is too long for me for 3 courses, but I probably wouldn't come back.
Our server was quite lovely. He was very kind. I had made this reservation and was really looking forward to a good dinner with my husband. We got the special that came with an appetizer, on trade, and dessert for $55. My appetizer was the stuffed mushrooms and it was quite good. The entrée however, has a lot to be desired. I have the chicken piccata and part of it was not cooked all the way through. And what part I was able to eat was semi warm and tough. The dessert was OK. I don't think I'll be going back. Maybe it was an off night I don't know? The only thing that was great besides, the company was the service.
I've been twice. Darrell was fantastic training a new associate on Sundays. They have the surfer for $43. It's an amazing deal.
I took my son out to a birthday dinner. We asked for our meat to be medium, and both were pretty rare. Little to none in flavor. For the price I paid, I was expecting a really good meal, and didn't feel like I got it. Our waitress was great, but the food not so much. We were both very disappointed. I would like to see them up their game, I had prime rib and my son had a steak. I took mine home and gave it to my dogs.

Worth the money you will not regret....very elegante place
We had a 6:00pm reservation. They sat us at our table timely and that was literally the only timely service received. When the waiter finally came to take our drink order, we had already been waiting so long that we went through the entire menu and ready to order our meal when the waiter instructed us we were to order drinks that he need to put in at the bar first and came back to take our dinner order. Ridiculous to say the least. In the interim, no water refill, and 20 14 minutes later we were allowed to order our entrees. 2 of the 4 of us received our appetizers 12 minutes later. Now its approx 7:28pm and still not served our dinner or refill on water or drinks. I waived down a bus boy and asked him to get our waiter to cancel our dinner as we had an 8:00 show and only thing out of the kitchen was our salads and a soup. Suddenly our food was at our table 1 minute later, dry salmon, overcook prime rib, and a pasta bowl. The manager removed the pasta bow and we paid $300 for a non eaten dinner and rushed to our show there at the casino. I do not recommend this place. For a fine dinning restaurant, this place should be a shamed of itself.
Food & soup was overly salty, both dishes were mediocre. $11 for soup that was more a cup than a bowl was overpriced. Service was fine. Will not go back there
My wife had the filet mignon with grilled asparagus, and a baked potato with all the fixings. She also ordered the onion soup. I had the salmon with a side of spinach and stuffed mushrooms. The filet mignon was flavorless and dry. The asparagus and baked potato were decent but the onion soup was highly over rated. The salmon was dry and plain. The side of spinach was very good and the stuffed mushrooms were pretty good. Not the best experience overall. But maybe it was an off night for them so I'm going to give them a second try.
Fantastic food. Very friendly staff. I will be coming back here next time I am in town for work.
