The waiter I had was very poor. He didn't check on me. He was kinda like a sassy I gave him a tip anyway, but I shouldn't have. Everything was good with the meal except for the steak. It has some type of taste that I don't know if they own a charcoal grill or what but it had all gas type taste flavor to it so I can eat it after I sent it back because it was overcooked

We went for my husband's 70th birthday. Our waiter was outstanding. The food was ok. My husband had the fish and I had the Easter special. My husband said the fish was just ok. He would have preferred the fish blackened. I had the lamb, the lamb had a lot of fat on it, but it was tasty. Neither of us would order these dishes again. I enjoyed the corn chowder soup and my husband enjoyed the toffee pudding. We would like to try the restaurant again because the service was fantastic.

My wife and I were celebrating our 33 year anniversary and we decided to come here for a nice dinner. It was delicious. It's not your average go every night dinner. But the service was great too. I highly recommend if you like steak and of course they have other options if you're not a steak person. My wife had the salmon, with sauteed mushrooms as an appetizer. And the desert was awesome. I had their special to medallion steaks also as pictured. They were made very well on a bed of angel hair noodles. It was made very well. I do recommend and I will probably take others to try this restaurant. The prices are not as high as the strip which makes it a little bit more enjoyable. The atmosphere was good too. I will be back. 👍👍👍

The food was excellent. My wife had prime rib and I had a ribeye steak. The prime rib was done perfect, my steak was slightly overcooked. The server was nice but the service was very slow! We weren't in a hurry so it didn't matter, but they could work on that. The noise level was nice until the table next to us was seated and one gentleman was a LOUD talker. Not the restaurant's fault, but it was a little annoying. Overall it was a good experience and we will be going back.

We eat here a lot and this was the worst service I have had here. It took over 1 hour for us to get our food once we ordered, we wanted dessert but we were afraid it would take another hour so we passed. No manager came over and asked how a service was or anything, people were complaining all around us. It seemed as if you didn't order their $70 special you had to wait over an hour for your food. I have never waited this long at this restaurant.

Went on Valentine's Day, which is also my anniversary. When I made the reservation I let them know it was my anniversary. I asked for an intimate table for 2 . The hostess nor the waiter acknowledged our anniversary. Other ladies were getting roses.My wife didn't get a rose. I had the lobster bisk.There was a lot of bisk.And one teaspoon sized piece of lobster it was not great. The prime rib was o k I ordered the large cut which came with a giant piece of fat. My wife had the salmon.She liked it. I was a bit disappointed and won't be back.

We were seated and our server took a while to come to us. Appeared she had a whole side of the restaurant. Our salads took a really long time to come out and then our main course. My steak was a little under what I asked for but didn't want to send back because I didn't want it to be overdone. It was Valentine's Day and I saw multiple people handing out roses to the ladies but none were handed out to our side of the room which I thought was odd but in the end. Didn't want to carry around food. My husbands prime rib meal was great and when we asked for a box and a check that came timely it was ok for the price we paid, but we probably won't go back.
We were seated promptly in a nice area of the room. Our server was very friendly and pleasant. We had the Valentine special and it was excellent. This will not be the last time we will dine at Carve.

Definitely recommend their booths as we were not on top of other guests and tables. Steaks were cooked perfectly. From the moment we walked in, staff gave us nice compliments on the way we were dressed for Valentines Day. Manager was friendly and came around to “touch the table” during our dinner. Great experience

We are locals that love to visit new steakhouses. We found this while going on movie date decided to try out…the service is friendly, the waiter made sure we were taken care of. We went off reviews but not sure if this was an off night the ribeye steak was horrible cut, very tough. Another couple next to us stated same thing and they were giving it to their dog due to how bad it was. We asked for burger instead which was not any better. The salad portion is a great size and bread; other than those items this will not be a place we would re-visit.
