Only been here a couple times and I didnt even order this time. The staff are a bunch of rude thugs with no customer service skills. There was nobody in line but the guy behind the counter made it clear I wasn't welcome. I got the hint and took my business elsewhere.

I recently ordered from here, and now I will no longer be coming back. I got home and opened my order only to see that they included an item that I did not order. It seems to me that whoever was in charge of my order didn't seem to care or double-check if they did them right. I understand that people make mistakes, but it doesn't seem right to me that I had to drive from there to home in 30 minutes, only to not end up eating my meal. I have never had a problem with this until now, and because of this, I will no longer be coming here. I've had problems before, and I've let them slide, but I will not this time around. Thank you.

I ordered food with them which was never received. They claimed to have given it to my Dasher who I was on the phone with and was still waiting. I overheard the staff basically saying the customer will not get their money back and that they aren't responsible even though I ordered through the app. I believe my order was stolen and they were involved.

Always missing something no brown rice , no black beans the guy gave me the very last of the beans like the amount of two small spoons he scraped the container and when I asked him if he was serious that’s all he had he said yes that’s all he has. But yet I still got charged for it I didn’t see them give me any discount for giving me less food.

So sad the service is the worse here, I have gave them few chances to at least make it right and they team here don’t care and the atmosphere is tense in the entire restaurant. Food not fresh most of the time and so sad because I love Chipotle MG when is managed well but this one here on Craig Road is the worse. Sad…

Sunday evening, Out off burrito (only salad bowls) out of shredded cheese, out of napkins, out oft paper towel in bathroom...

I have ordered through Grubhub from here many times and they have done a lousy job the food what little there was was cold and scares. They need to treat their customers like they would like to be treated. I will never order or go to this location ever again they need to retrain their people.

Intentional small portions on the meats. Why? Do you want a promotion for saving some millionaires a few bucks? You're probably throwing a good portion of that food away at the end of the day anyway.

This is the second time coming to this location where it’s still early and they tell me they don’t have steak. When I ask, how long is the wait for steak the person looks to the back and there’s nobody in the kitchen and then replies that it will be over 30 minutes
