Place was clean , the employees were polite, services slow. They seem to be low on the meats, not as generous with the portions & it was COLD! The rice, beans, meat all cold disappointing

Really enjoyed the food. The steak bowl was absolutely delicious and the chips, guac & salsa were fresh and bussin!

I want to use the app for convenience and rewards, but almost every time I do that, my bowl gets half filled. Putting "extra" in the order doesn't seem to matter unless you're inside the store to supervise each scoop.

Every-time I come to this location, they are always running out of meat and you’re left with having to pick from two meat options that are running out as well, so when you’re served, they are cutting on you meat serving because they need meet available for the person behind you. Id rather make the trip to Craig and Losee

I've had the misfortune of encountering the lunchtime cashier/server at this establishment, and I must say the girl who works at the register and serves attitude is by far the worst I've ever experienced. I've experienced her attitude a few times before but gave her the benefit that its just another bad day but she consistently deliver an unwelcoming demeanor and on top of that her serving portion is literally a 1/4 if a spoon. It's clear that shes not enthusiastic about her job, and I think it's time for the management to consider hiring someone else. No one deserves to be treated poorly, and I cecertainly won't be returning to this establishment as long as this particular server is working there. I had to walk out in the middle of her making my food after she refused to add more portions to my bowl.

Every time I go , Chipotles Workers are humble , nice and they treat me well.?Very fresh food. I always order a chicken bowl , with Brown Rice, Black beans, fajitas ?, pico de gallo, roasted chili corn and romaine lettuce.

It has very few steak inside of my burrito not coming back

I have never had ANY issues with this location as it is usually my go-to. Everyone is always perfectly fine with customer service until today. We were being served by a girl named Araceli. I don’t know if she’s new considering we’ve never seen her before but she had THEE WORST attitude written all over her face. Not a hi welcome, not a smile. She looked absolutely miserable. My toddler was excited as she always is going to make her quesadilla and chips and our smiles quite literally went away not wanting to eat in any longer with such a negative/tense environment. Mariela who cashed us out was the breath of fresh air before leaving. She was actually smiling and pleasant. I sincerely hope that if this was just a bad day scenario that it gets better for her but if this is how she just is, then maybe frontline with customers isn’t where she should be.

They half scoop everything. If you ask for more they want to charge you for a double scoop. So you pay double for what you use to get for $9 now you pay 29 for a burrito. Once they told me 29 i said no and walked out. I will never go back i will goto Cafe Rio or Roberto's
