Just for reference I visited this Chipotle 3/14/24 approximately 10:15pm. There were only 2 young men working at this location. One of them was tending to the line wrapped around the lobby and the other was handling what I assume to be online orders and checking out at the register. It was a great display of teamwork. And the service was quicker than I expected. The food was good and best of all they actually had food. Very much worth the 10 minute drive out of my way. These 2 young men definitely deserve a pat on the back. Job well done!!

Food is good, but at night the food area looks really bad. Please keep your food area clean. Serving people food in a dirty area is not good.
I was eating a taco and when I took a bite I was choked by a piece of plastic that was in the pinto beans that was added to the taco. Still have received a response back from Chipotle.I did give my information before I did this review chis.

I don't know why I even go back to this location. Every time I go it's always something. Icy lettuce, disgusting work stations, terrible attitudes. Just go to the one on Lake Mead don't waste your time here.

Decided to try since they are fairly new by us and it's been years since we've gone. Worst decision ever. We were the only people in the place and felt like we were bothering everybody by coming in. It was only 6:30pm. Not very pleasant as far as customer service but they had no problem talking to each other in spanish for the few minutes we were in there. For the price there wasn't much in our bowls. The Carne asada was bland and grizzly. Everything was cold after our 5 min drive home. Chips were good, that is all I can say nice about the place. Will never spend my money in there again. I'll just go to taco bell because believe it or not the service is waaay better and so is the food.

We've been to this location a few times. We usually order online, thru the app. Somehow they've managed to get the order wrong twice now. If I catch something missing or wrong, I need to go inside instead of them fixing it in the drive thru. It's annoying and frustrating. The whole purpose of ordering for the drive thru is so I don't have to get out with my kids who are usually with me. No apologies or anything. The people who work there are are young and act as if they don't care. Customer service is definitely lacking, even for "fast food".

I got delivery from here today and my burrito was sooo small and they didn’t put my chips in the bag that i ordered :( So sad because why would chipotle do this to me, i’m tryna make it out the trenches too my guy, but pls why did yall fumble on

Went to pick up dinner around 6:30 pm, they were understaffed, they were 4 people at the register, one at the line and one replenishing the line, I ordered a burrito with white rice I got brown, my l daughter ordered a burrito as well and it was leaking so bad the bottom of the bad broke, the rice was dry, hard and cold, this is the worst chipotle I know of, the company had to have the staff to properly operate, don’t be cheap!! Needless to say I’ll be going to other locations.

Last night I parked in the parking lot with my friend right in front of the store & through the window we saw three of the workers inside become so irritated that we were walking towards the store. The restaurant didn’t have any business at the time & it was a whole hour before their closing time. They were angry that we were coming in to order some food. We felt uncomfortable & unwelcome so we decided to find another place to eat. It was weird because I could see from the rear view mirror that they were standing at the counter waiting for us to leave & started laughing as we pulled away from the restaurant. I’ve been to this location before during the day & they have the same terrible attitude. I don’t expect them to start dancing when they see customers cause I get it I’ve worked customer service as well but that reaction was unwarranted & uncalled for. It sucks cause this is the closest chipotle in my area. I’ve read other reviews of this place & I see this bad customer service is common practice.
