I just wanna give a shout out to Zach and Sandra at Craig location. Even after all the attitude I gave them (bad day) Zach remained professional and remade my food even though there was no mistake made on his part. After remaking my food, he also gave me a coupon for one free bowl. I Will Forever be grateful!!! Best location in Vegas!!!!! Zach I love u guys!!!!

Great concept and good food. Fast food Korean in a cup. Can't go wrong. Beef and tofu with cabbage rice and noodle. Fantastic. Not a huge fan of their kimchi.

I love CupBop. Which is why I was excited to get one in North Las Vegas. That being said I waited in line inside for 17 minutes to order and no service but they were taking drive thru orders. Bad service. Never again.
