Cupbop - Korean BBQ in a Cup

Excellent food for the price.

Wow! I went in the drive thru expecting a classic drive-thru fast-food experience. But this place is way better than I expected. How delicious, and the staff was so friendly! The staff was very helpful and cheerful, and our food was fantastic. The serving size was pretty big, and I found one was even too much for me. That makes it pretty worth it to me. I'll be for more for sure.

For a fast food chain, it’s not that bad. Portions are good, prices are average considering other fast food chains. I got the kko kko bop, which is the fried chicken with noodles, cabbage, and rice. The fried chicken was really tasty, crispy, and complimented the sauce, which I got the number 2. The rice was also nicely portioned, and placing it all the way in the bottom made the sauce coat it nicely. My problem was the noodles. I saw they used glass noodles, which is what they use for japchae. However it was not japchae. Instead of the japchae sauce, they used mayo, and a lot of it. It felt like I ate a tub of macaroni salad. Change the sauce, and it would be perfect.

Slightly disappointed in the way my card was charged
extra after I left the drive thru. The fact that the drive thru attendant left my ticket open to give themselves a tip with out my permission. Is beyond me. I will not be patronizing that establishment again and will inform others.
Got a recipe for one charge only to get notified it was adjusted later… smh

They should really watch who they hire… really rude they act like they aren’t getting PAID to here typical I guess with this new age. told us they were out of most things just so they didn’t have to make it. ended up asking for something on the menu that they didn’t have out proceeded to get attitude about it. As for the store… tables look like they haven’t been wiped all day and the floors are extremely sticky. And not to mention how can you say you don’t have anything out at 5pm you don’t close for another 5 hours get some stuff out. I hate how you can walk into a place to buy things and to pay your salaries and rent yet get treated like your an inconvenience

Just stopped at Cupbop on Craig Rd., and had the #1 2 protein combo. I chose the BBQ Pork and Chicken Katsu and I couldn't be happier. The bowl itself is VERY FILLING and had a plethora of flavors. I got it at a Spice level of 3, and it seemed to be the perfect blend of Sweet and Spice. I highly recommend this restaurant if in the mood for something other than drive-thru burgers.

Food is great and always hot and fresh!! I love how crunchy the chicken is! The portion size is reasonably priced as well. So glad we have a place like this that doesnt need you to drive all the way to chinatown.
