Bought a $3 long john all icing in bottom of bag as usual when ordering a iced donut. You know Albertsons across the street has delicious donuts for .99 cents. Someday you guys may get your act together. I'll be going to Albertsons again.

So I go here every day and by far this is the best service I've ever had, literally anywhere. Cyrus and Jean are incredibly sweet. They always have a smile and know what I want before I even ask. Cyrus even noticed that I got a haircut if that tells you how attentive she is. One time I pulled into the drive thru and I didn't even order she just said hi and said we got your order ready and to just pull up. Best service ever, these women are amazing!!!!

I stopped here today to get donuts, but the lobby is closed. If I cant see what donuts are available, I'm not ordering. They lost a sale. It's unacceptable to not have enough staff to have the lobby open.

Horrible location I ever been too.. put a pick up order and they had no donuts I ordered… when are they gonna update the app so u can choose the ones they have….got a refund then they handed me coffee I orders too didn’t even close everything spilling on me as I’m grabbing super sloppy… I had gave up that I ended up asking for a refund for that too… employees in beginning just in back sat and waited for mins didn’t wanna ring bell because I was just picking up… seems like the two lady’s there just don’t wanna work….

I went through the drive through, ask for 3 strawberry sprinkled doughnuts and 1 powdered. Then 2 wraps, 1 with only cheese and egg. I got home opened the food… I got 3 glazed doughnuts and 1 powdered and 2 wraps both with meat!! I’m so angry!! And it’s not like I live 5 minutes away! Waste of money for me ?

This is a really good location friendly staff. They accept military discount. And we're courteous enough to remake a drink when I dropped one. They also gave a bit of free food for a long wait one time.

I would just like to suggest that @10:14am I was being helped and all I hear is someone getting yelled at. I find it very rudely that if your going to help someone do there job that you should kindly yell at them in the back not where customers can hear. That is true customer service.
Wow! What a horrible experience, no sense of professionalism at all. They gave us frozen Croissant and when we called to complain they gave us an attitude and hung up. I went back to the location so they can refund me and when we complained they shrugged it off like if it wasn't their problem. Lack of a better word incompetent fools.

I stopped in today, during their morning rush, and was still greeted warmly and they promptly rang in my order and made it, even upgrading it from a medium to a large. The team was friendly, warm and upbeat and went above and beyond! I’ve been loyal to Dunkin’ for years, and this is an example of why.

Something happened here lately. I don't know if it's just me or others having the same problem. My food is constantly messed up, and the wrong orders, customer service, is sketchy at best. It used to he great, but the last 4 visits proved to he less than stellar. I wish they would fix this issue and right away. I'm sad that this is the only dunkin' near me. ?
