Dunkin' offers a mixed experience according to recent reviews. While some customers were unimpressed by the service, others praised it highly. One visitor found the staff forgetful, hinting at a potential downward trend in quality. However, many regular customers commended the exceptional service, noting that employees like Destani provided a high level of attentiveness and friendliness. The food quality was generally well-received, with mentions of delicious breakfast items like the egg, cheese, bacon bagel, and Wake-Up Wraps. Customers enjoyed the new energizing drinks and ice coffees with various flavorings. Despite some concerns about service issues, quick service and tasty food make Dunkin' a solid choice for breakfast or lunch.
