I would die for the staff that's been there the longest. They are amazing people and their services are great. They accommodate and they figure out how to fix issues easily. They give great suggestions when you don't know what you want.

Recommended dishes: 9-11 Irish Cream Coffee and Six Shots of Espresso, Cookie, Muffin Tops, Gummy Bear

SO I PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE RIGHT THEN MY BROTHER WANTED A DRINK HE GOT HIS DRINK AT THE WINDOW I WAS STILL WAITING FOR MY DRINK I SARCASTICALLY SAID OH HE GOT HIS DRINK FIRST .THEN THE TALL HISPANIC GIRL WITH A HEAD BAND I ASKED WHERE ARE MY DRINKS SHE SAID OH THERES NO DRINKS THERE THEN I SAID OHH SO I DID IT FOR THE WRONG LOCATION SHE SAID OH IT IS HERE AND SHE SAID IT AINT READY YET SO I PATIENTLY WAIT 20 MINUTES PLUS THEN I WAIT IN LINE AND ASK HER AGAIN SHE SAID THERE MAKING THE MATCHA WHY COULDNT SHE SAY OH I APOLOGIZE AND I TOLD HER CAN YOU MAKE MY DAUGHTERS DRINK SHE DIDNT SAY ANYTHING OH I APOLOGIZE OR ANYTHING THEN SHE CALLS THE MANAGER/SUPERVISOR HE TOLD ME HE COULDN'T REFUND MY MONEY TO GO ONLINE SO I TOLD HIM TO MAKE IT HE DID IT RIGHT THERE IN THEN NOT SURE WHY COULDN'T THE GIRL MAKE IT FOR ME SMH I HAD NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT DUTCH BROS THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS AMAZING BUT NOT TODAY SHE DID NOT HAVE A NAME TAG SO I COULDN'T CATCH HER NAME SHE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL LEARN HOW TO APOLOGIZE AND WHY MAKE ME AND MY 6 YEAR OLD WAIT WITH THIS 100 DEGREE WEATHER NO SYMPATHY AT ALL!

I placed a mobile order for a 10:46 pick up time. When I walked up at 10:45 I was informed I mistakenly placed it for drive thru but that it wouldn’t be a big deal. After waiting 15 minutes I walked back up and asked about the drinks (after all of the walk up before and after me had been serviced) and was told that they would be up shortly and it was due to a mix up in my ordering for the drive thru. After waiting another 10 minutes and watching several more walkups receive their drinks I asked for a refund to be told they don’t have the ability to give me a refund because it was through the app (which I do understand). I was provided with an email for the refund. The biggest disappointment is as the lack of communication and customer service displayed. No one wants to be waiting in 100+ degree weather and purposely be disregarded.

Slowest Dutch in the entire world!

This location use to be great but they fell off so hard. The past 7-8 drinks have been so bad I kept giving them chances. There’s always these coffee grinds at the bottom that make your drink taste horrible. These are 2 separate occasions.

I ordered a simple hazelnut truffle mocha and when I got home to drink it I heard something inside the drink. I opened it and find out their screw on top had fallen inside.

Drinks are great if you don’t mind a 30 minute drive through at 11 am. Ridiculously slow.

Absolutely the worst Dutch bros location in Las Vegas. Staff is friendly but they move like molasses. I’ve come here a total of 4 times and each time I get atuck waiting for over 20 mins in the drive through. Currently stuck in it now. I arrived at 9:07am and I’m still here at 9:30am. I don’t know why I thought this was good idea.

Update: i got my coffee at 9:37 — a whopping 31 minutes later

Wife & I love the Dutch Bros crew on 2245 N Las Vegas blvd. Always happy and friendly.
