I visited last night during dinner. I ordered a family meal and there was a wait. The store was understaffed ( i believed) and I believe my order was forgotten. But what I appreciate is the staff acknowledging the mishap and making it right. I didn't wait much longer than expected and the food was good as expected. But I really appreciate the staff for their good customer-service.
When I see the kiosks I know you don’t care one shit about your customers. Lucky for you your staff was kickass ass Adrian I’d hire at my business any day of the week. Stop being shit heads give the customers service with live people or just close your doors so the good employees can be hired
I loved this place so much!! they have really stepped up their game!!! my favorite is their chips and guac best at this location! Service and Food are amazing, always a good place to come have lunch P)
