Cashier did not know what I meant when I asked her to… round up..
It's a typical McDonald's, which I get, it's a starter job. However, if you choose Table Service on the app, then I expect table service. How do they know I would be able to get my food from the counter? If I had wanted to get my food from the counter, I would have chosen that option. The lack of customer service skill set is what is degrading the social fabric of our society.
