Not my usual Ihop, but I was in the area. Eggs were order sunny-side up but were incredibly undercooked - part of the egg whites were still raw. Had to ask for a clean fork. If I wasnt pressed for time I would have sent the eggs back, but I got a to-go box for the leftovers and cooked the eggs at home. Probably wont visit this specific Ihop again.

We stopped in while on our vacation about 11-6-25 in the late evening. The food and service were very good and our waiter was super-nice. The place was very clean. We were amazed to watch the military planes take off close by. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We went to dine in at 11pm. Before we finished eating the cook came to the front and told us to hurry up because it was getting closer to when they closed. His tone and the way he spoke to us was very rude and unprofessional. We didn’t ask for any names because we didn’t want to cause a scene but he was bald with tattoos on his arms and head.

First-Time Visit
I’ve lived close to this IHOP for a while but had never actually been until this past Sunday. I went with my Family — we expected it to be busy (it’s Sunday after all), but the wait wasn’t bad at all, maybe 15 minutes tops.
Our waitress was super friendly, but she did mess up our order. She said she’d fix it and then kind of forgot to bring what was missing. The food took about 20 minutes or more to come out, which I didn’t mind too much, but when it finally arrived my pancakes were dry and actually raw in the middle. I’ve never had that happen before — especially not at the International House of Pancakes!
It honestly wasn’t a great first-time experience, but I might give it another shot on a different day (definitely not a Sunday). If it happens again though, yea… I’m good.

Manager needs to be fires! Who staffs the place with 2 people on Veterans day. 36 mins just to get on the wait list another hour to get seated. And the restaurant wasn't even packed. Lots of vets left with nothing but a waste of time

The food is as good as you would expect from IHOP, but I don't understand why they can never pick up the phones! This is a major company, can't they fix the phones? Or is it just a common thing where all the employees ignore the phone calls?

The Ihops at Craig location has to faces, during the morning excellent service and great food, at night If you're craving something pretty much they don't have It,the waitress don't have a good actitude and the service is soo slow that we have lo leave to another place because we was hungry.

I had planned to take photos and give a great review, but had an unpleasant experience. We have been before and everything was great, so I think it was a bad day. Our server was awesome (at first), we ordered our meals. After 10 minutes, we were told they had no fish so we had to change our meals. We waited another 10 minutes and got our food. I had the eggs Benedict and the eggs were over cooked, there was no runny yolk. The hollandaise sauce had an off flavor. During that time, we had seen another table wait 20 min before giving their drink order. The table next to us ordered before us and didn't receive their meal until we were almost done. The server gave them a discount for the error which is cool. We didn't get our cinnamon balls so I said to make sure it's not on the bill, a few minutes later, he brings the balls. We got a to go container and left. Our server seemed to be missing for most of the meal.
