Food is amazing. I had the chicken, shrimp and steak with mac and rice. If only they could get the rest of the business together, this place could bank. The ordering system is trash. The customer service is non existent. The actual store front needs some Windex and disinfecting. The owner’s loud children running around and playing tag is not the experience I want. The conversation about the health department probably shouldn’t be discussed in front of customers. And twenty minutes is more like 35 minutes. Let me end on, the food is amazing. So take it or leave it. I only think the food is worth all that extra once a year.

Ghetto & Extremely disgusting establishment ! I Will never be back! I ordered my food online as it saves a wait time. After arriving and waiting an hour the cashier left my food sitting on the counter instead of telling me it’s ready WHILE SHE EATS ON THE CLOCK and TALKS ON THE PHONE. She ignored me when I asked about my order in the first place. Once I realized the food had just been sitting there after already waiting an hour, I didn’t even want it anymore. Pay $30 per plate for them to be left sitting there.

Man I don’t know where to start . The unprofessionalism or the poor communication. I found out about this place due to social media . The food looked absolutely superior and I also seen familiar faces people who looked a little like me with my skin tone so I was happy to experience it because it’s not to many places where people of color are supporting each other . So I go on the website to see the time it opens and if it was open and it said it was . So I drive a good 25-30 mins to ink kitchen to order my food. Almost immediately when I walked up a guy comes out and tells me we’re closed til 3:30 . I couldn’t even ask him about the website because he instantly started talking over me trying to holler at some female from the store next door . Which is unprofessional man you have a customer trying to order and ask you some questions about the establishment and you decide that trying to get at the worker next door was more important than helping a customer . Horrible customer service ! I mean horrible . Before I could say anything he closed to door and locked it . (I think he got mad because the Mexican lady ignored him lol . ) but after that I proceeded to msg them on their instagram page. Instead of messaging me back he proceeded to ignore my request and instead posted on instagram saying (we open at 3:30) but it had already been to late. I think they are more worried about being seen and getting a woman then ,conducting a well ran business . It’s sad because I wanted to support them but if you’re 40+ working at a business and your main focus is to holler at females then to serve your customers obviously your priorities are messed up .Never even got a chance to order food because the customer service was so bad .
