No notes! Our server, Briseida, was a total sweetheart, food came in a surprisingly fast 5-6 minutes, food was hot and good quality, would come again!

Great service delicious food..

We were seated almost right away. The hostess/ host was great. Very friendly and customer focused. Live entertainment is a big plus, my man was playing some great tunes. The food is as described, fresh and delicious. I usually don't go out of my way to go into detail food on an establishment but they earn the 5 stars. Well done everyone.

Absolutely the BEST!!! We drive 2 hours to the North Las Vegas location to savor this authentic, fresh, flavorful food with excellent service and reasonable prices. It's definitely worth the drive!

Great service from the entrance to your table. Very clean establishment. Food was delicious.

10 out of 10. From the food, to the incredible service to the atmosphere. The iced tea, 10 out of 10. Service 11 out of 10, multiple servers come up they all help each other, the manager is present asked if we were okay. Atmosphere was very cantina, classy clean. We sat in the bar area bc it was busy and we are more than okay with that. Food we will not stop talking about. We are from California but we somewhat frequent for work reason to las vegas and we WILL be returning. The prices were exceptional. Honestly, top 3 mexican restaurants we have been to. 100% on everything. I told my fiance if this place was by us we would be here once a week as a date or with our kids easy. Owners, the staff the amazing cooks, the entire establishment should be proud.

I loved this place in the past. Just like everywhere else thier prices have gone up. There service is very good. We went with 9 people in our group with 2 kids, the kids ordered grilled cheese sandwiches that were not edible. My food was a combination off the menu and was average at best. My wife ordered their nachos that she didn't eat. I will say that their fajitas were good according to our other kids.

My second visit. Service is excellent, food was great, and generous portion sizes.

Salute 🫡!!!!! I have to give mad props to juans once again. Whoever juan is... you really have some awesome food but your choice in your staff members is bar none! We usually interact with our lil sisters bresaida and Adrienne but we can't forget what an awesome manager Manny is. After a long day it's so awesome and amazing that a manager come over and shakes your hand before you are even seated. During the whole me we are greeted and treated with such an amazing amount of respect & care . Brenda was an awesome server . Very nice and efficient and Kevin was a dope busser!!!!! My girl is always as saying I review juans too much but I was always taught if you have something nice to say to someone or about someone you make sure you let them know!!!!! So to the whole juans staff at centinel we love and appreciate you all and may God continue to smile down on you🙌🙏💯❣️🫡

Al pastor tacos were delicious!! 😋

The wait staff was on top of everything, they were top notch! The food was served faster than what I thought it would be. The portions were good size and a good value for the money. The flavor of my taco and my burrito was okay, the carnitas could have been a little more moist and a little more seasoned.
