Great service. The question is if the classic pepperoni is considered part of their hot n ready deal, why make me wait about 10 min? Weird. But great quality overall.
And to be honest, I hate to say it, but the only reason I gave them a 3 star has nothing to do with the food whatsoever. It had to do with everything. The customer service was horrible, terrible. And I probably won't ever go back to that Little Caesars. In order from them again, I mean, the customer service was horrible to the point of racism, so I'm good, but the food was awesome wonderful. No problems at all with the food. Just the customer service.

When the customer asked for napkins, the cashier said they could provide them but wanted to charge for parmesan cheese and chili packets, which the customer found to be an unnecessary expense. The customer had to go to another store to purchase these items at a lower cost. Despite this, the pizza was considered to be pretty good.
The restaurant's crazy puffs were described as having massive flavor with a good crunch, and a good deal for the price of $3.99. Although the service was a little slow, with the puffs taking longer than the advertised "hot and ready" time, the customer appreciated that the puffs were done sooner than the 10-minute wait time quoted.
