I saw an ad for this local taco food truck near my home and I wanted to try it out. The vibe was really nice. They had chairs outside in case there was a wait and we’re playing music. To be honest, I’m so glad there wasn’t a long wait because the temperature outside was 114°…. I decided to try Al Pastor tacos and Birria tacos. The Al Pastor tacos were not the best, but the Birria tacos were much better. I may go back and try the Asada tacos next, Who knows…
Delicious ? Asada Tacos had great flavor and tasted fresh off the grill. What I love is that their salsa doesn’t overpower the food. It compliments it so you’re still tasting all flavors of the meal and have that pow of the salsa. Menudo was the CLEANEST menudo I have had from a restaurant. Did not tasty greasy, clean tripe, put the lime, onion, oregano onto top and its mouth watering.

Their quesadillas are also ridiculous!!! Something's in their cheese... They might sprinkle crack in it because I can't get enough!!
