Me and my wife have gone here for years. The last few visits were not that great so we tried other sushi places. They just weren't the same. We came back to Namba and they've done some staff changes. You can really tell a difference. Our server Marshal was awesome. Super nice and quick. Always fresh and delicious sushi.
Feb. 14, 2024. I stopped by this place at 5:50PM and ordered 3 Bento Boxes to go. (3 item). They only have 2 chefs tonight. I was told to come back after 30 minutes. That's fine. I even gave the guy who took my order cash tip. I asked him to make sure there is wasabe and ginger. I came back after 30 mins. I was told by the same guy that he just need to bag the order. Food is always good here. Service can be better. You can tell at times they are understaffed. Food is always good and the guys making the sushi definitely take pride in their sushi and service and often remind waiters to serve specific tables if the rolls have been up there for a minute. Overall this is a great place. I think once they are fully staffed it would be 5 stars.
