answer your phones !!!!!! some ppl don't have time to drive there , order and sit around for 15 to 20 min for our food. amazon gives us a 30 min lunch. and your online website to order, doesn't work as well. that is all.............

The place is dirty especially the soda area. The soda was flat. It was empty place the cashier was quite didn't want to talk, since It was my first time I ask questions she didn't want to answer. They wasn't wearing gloves when they was serving making the food. I was so excited to try new place now I'm not looking fwd to it. Hopefully the food tasted good at least. Need improve customers services , need better happy people. Because look like they hate their life. Update: the food was bomb! Thank god the food wasn't bad as the customer services. Will go again. Hopefully they will have better people and cleaner restaurant.

Dozens of other Chicken places to go to besides here. I was disappointed by what they call a chicken sandwich. Blah at best.

It was my first time coming here with my daughter so I was excited about the food because of the name of there service. When I walked in it immediately smelt really bad and the floor was sticky. Tables were dirty so I had to take my order to go. Over heard employees talking about inappropriate things while my daughter and I were waiting for our food. Not only that I had to wait a while for our food While most of the time the Employees just stood around. There was a older white lady and she was standing around the area to not really doing anything. I finally asked how much longer and they told me that a few more minutes so at this point I was pretty irritated. I finally got my food which was two number twos. I asked for Mac & Cheese instead of fries and they gave me the fries instead of the Mac & Cheese. Then I had my tenders not dipped in some sauce and they were all dipped And by the time I got home the fries and tenders were soggy. I called about 3 times and no one picked up. I will never EVER come back here again And there not worth the money I spent.

Hands-down one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever eaten and that’s all the way to Los Angeles California. Fries are fresh and crispy I couldn’t ask for more. To be honest I am extremely impressed I would recommend this place to my mother. Good to know there’s still some spots out there that aren’t commercial and still make good food. Not to mention the customer service was great.

I wouldn’t recommend.Service is poor, no one greeted us or gave the slightest care when we walked in and attempted to order. The kitchen is exposed to the dining area so we could see the employees cooking food. No hair nets and only one employee was wearing gloves.Food came out fairly quick however it was way over cooked. The seasoning is good but I just assume it’s pre-made/store bought. The tables and entire dining area was poorly kept. Floor and drink area also poorly maintained.I will not be going back.

The only thing I can say is that the ice and soda was good. The chicken was huge and had no flavor at all we tried 2 flavors and they where more like flavorless I had high hopes for trying this place out for the first time as it always pops up on my Instagram but trying this out was a big NO for me I coulda spent 26 bucks someplace else

Went out with friends here before they flew back home. The food looked good but was very mid. The sauce wasn't good none of us could finish our food not because we were full but it legit just wasn't all that good. Tried it for first time I thought it could be good. Will not be coming back again to Mid Town Chicken.

Price: Not bad on the pricing compared to other chicken places. $9.99 for a sandwich with two tenders on it and a good amount of fries. No drink with the combo, but this seems to be a thing for chicken restaurants for some reason?Food: I had a chicken sandwich and it was okay. The sauce is kinda unremarkable and had a weird sweet hint to it that makes it kinda weird. Not a big fan. Fries and NTC saucewere goodService: Pretty lackluster. At one point three employees were just standing around, maybe there wasn’t anything else that could be done at that moment but when you’re waiting a while for food, it sure doesn’t give off a good impression. There were only two other customers in the place. The girl making our sandwiches was not wearing a hairnet and her two long braids were hanging down towards the food while she was preparing it, which was kinda gross. One of the other employees did walk our food out to us, so that was nice.Apparently they’re only open later in the afternoon until night time and were closed when I went to try it a week ago, I think they open at four?Overall, don’t think I’ll be back. You’re better off hitting Chic-Fil-A, Popeyes, Raising Cane’s, etc.

Yep, I agree with all the reviews! Addicting! And best fries ever!

One of the newest players in the Chicken Sandwich Wars, North Town Chicken is actually going for something different than the spicy chicken style that has been trending lately - their house NTC sauce is only described as a "sweet heat" option, lightly dressing the giant crispy chicken tenders stuffed into a honey-butter bun and toped with slaw. This was a generously sized sandwich and a good value, with a $10 combo including a side and a sauce. BF and I came in for a rare weekday lunch, armed with a BOGO coupon from a Facebook promotion. In addition to trying and liking their sandwiches, we also tried their macaroni and cheese side - it was better than others I've tried and really seemed to be made from real cheese, in house, rather than the day-glo orange stuff served up elsewhere. Their blue cheese dipping sauce also was well-made, with actual chunks of blue cheese. I didn't notice til later that they do have a couple of spicy options - buffalo and mango-habanero sauces can be added to your order as well, for dipping or drizzling. Location was clean, with some fun Vegas-themed murals on the walls. Service was friendly and honored our coupon even when we experienced technical difficulties pulling it up.

Decided to try this spot over other chicken places I usually go to and you wouldn't believe how disappointed I was. The presentation may be nice but as soon as I took my first bite I regretted it. The chicken wasn't cooked all the way, the bread was barely toasted and the fries were so plain. Not worth the price I payed. Highly recommend you try other chicken spots before this one.

I ordered a number one it kinda took a while I remember the first bite I took my sandwich fell apart the bread wasn't crispy enough and dry the coleslaw was horrendous and I am someone who loves the food. The chicken itself I took the first bite and coughed because of the weird taste, It tasted & looked presentable but still not enough; in conclusion none of my expectations were met. In my opinion there is way better chicken spots in the city, this place was a waste of money and time should've eaten next door at subway for 6.49
