Had to leave. Nothing said to the guest that brought their non service dog into the restaurant. I have two dogs too! Disappointing. So we left and went to a different Panda Express about three miles away.

I am very upset. I paid for a plate of food. And I got absolutely nothing in my plate. I went thru the drive thru. They don't provide the food that people paid for. Avoid this spot if you can.

Waited 20 minutes for my food, had to ask what they were waiting on and it was right behind them. Then they ran out of shrimp because they are serving everyone else except me so they decided to give me a almost half empty order of shrimp that cost like 15 bucks. And they don't answer the phone to fix it.
I frequent this location often. But the last couple of times I have had issues with the food. The orange chicken was old the last few times and I had to take it back.

Very bad experience here I came I forgot my wallet I told the lady I forgot my wallet and said I was going to come back she said ok then when I came back I when to the window the lady said she didn’t know what I was talking about and then the manager came and said that was a different person and I said not it was not it was the same employee but it was the manager was talking back rude. This has happened where I forgot my wallet and come back they are always nice but today at this panda was not. I will never come back here😡
