We went through the drive through tonight and were told that our food wasn’t ready and to go through the drive through again to pick it up after we paid for it. My food was lukewarm. I’m not sure why we weren’t asked to wait for our food at one of the parking spots. It was very busy and the line was long BOTH TIMES. Not good ?

Just came from the drive through and EVERYTHING is wrong and old. I ordered fried rice with my bigger plate and got noodles ? and the bowl I ordered barley have any orange chicken in it. I will not be coming back to this location.?

I came here last night and ordered online at another store on accident. Jazmine (manager) and another helpful gentlemen helped me void the order at another store (personally) and I got my food at this location. She went above and beyond with her service. Just wanted to say thank you to Jazmine and the other associate. I haven't had customer service like that in a while. They were so nice and helpful!Kid-friendliness: She gave my kid a cup of water while waiting for the food.

When I pulled up to receive my order the lady at the window smiled but with disgust at me for some reason. I didn't make the order process complicated or anything so I didn't understand that. I was told that you all were out of mushroom chicken and that it would take 6 minutes for it to be prepared. I was told to drive back through the drive-thru for a second time in order to pick the order up after 6 minutes. The line was terribly long so this took much longer for me. I got to the window for the second time and picked up my order then left. Upon leaving I realized that I was not given my à la carte side of mushroom chicken. I went back through the drive-thru and received my mushroom chicken. It took me three times driving through this drive-thru in order to get the full order. After leaving and while trying to eat the food and realize that I will also didn't have any condiments/ soy sauce for my double fried rice which was absolutely bland. The mushroom chicken consisted of giant chunks of mushrooms that were not cooked thoroughly and zucchini. There was barely any chicken. This was waste of money and time.
