Our Megabus took a 30 minute break on the way to Vegas strip here.Huge gas station that has restrooms, showers, laundry room, waiting/TV room and all kinds of hot food and snacks of course! Definitely a place to get you recharge for a long trip!

Bathroom stalls were all broken. The pumps scream ads at you while pumping. They didn't have enough cashiers so the line went down the isles. The pumps didn't have paper for the receipts.

The lot is WAYYYY TO SMALL. There's ALWAYS a traffic jam whether you are getting fuel or a weight. DO NOT CONE HERE. Go one exit to Cheyenne Ave to the other truck stops.

If you happen to be from the mid-west and miss Casey's breakfast pizza, try the breakfast pizza at Pilot! The crust is different and it's not as greasy but overall it was really good!

Traveling thru Utah, I stopped at Pilot Travel Center to top off fuel and get a soda. The next day at my home, I checked my credit card and saw a charge of $151.00 pending. I immediately called my card company and was told that a $1.00 charge is normally taken when using a credit card at most convenience stops. But was told that "for some reason, Pilot Travel Center does $151.00", But that I should get back this in a few days. To me this was a scare and forced me to call my card company to file a claim. I want others to know this and I will never stop at a Pilot Travel center again, NEVER. (One more to add, Bathroom dirty and smelled)

When towing our 20ft RV we prefer truck & RV-friendly gas stations. They have wider & taller clearance at the pumps than most gas stations. Pilot & Flying J's have all the amenities as well as the best fuel prices. There's parking for long vehicles so you can take a break from driving & have a meal. They have clean restrooms with private stalls. You can even shower & do laundry for a fee. The food choices range from every kind of snack & beverage to prepared-to-order food. If you use their app, you can earn free or discounted food & fuel. Highly recommended.

This is the absolute worst Pilot I have ever been to. It's so gross and dirty! The coffee pots were either broken or so gross I was scared to even get any. The store is filthy, floors are nasty. I have never seen a Pilot in this much disarray!

They will charge your card$155 for no reason and no warning. Absolutely ridiculous. Awful customer service, pretty good cashiers, acting all giggly yet I found nothing funny. Disgusted at the company and will never come back here!
This gas station blinded me with a hold of $155 after putting in gas. No transparency or anything that they're gonna put a $155 hold on your account. It had me thinking I was scammed and now I'm stuck waiting for a new debit card. Don't come here

Never put gas here if you use your debit card or any card they will charge you swipe deposit of $155.00 which I've never heard in my entire life. Imagine if their is only $40 on your checking and they charge you swipe deposit and you get overdrawn then you have to pay the bank overdrawn fee. Better off with shell chevron Costco samsclub or smith.

Got woke up for a guy who claimed to have bought reserved parking. It's you fault that you over sold this small lot.Best to avoid this lot. Off to the TA where the lot is clean and no drama. Food options need to be checked out by a professional. Don't eat unless you want to get sick. Security needs to be fired for all of the BS that goes on here.

Welcome to the beautiful Pilot Travel Center store #341 in Las Vegas Nevada I recommend you stay in your truck and don't look out the window then that way you won't be disappointed.

I accompanied my son on a big rig run from LA to Fort Worth back to Las Vegas. Our last two stops were at a Pilot Center. I appreciated the hot food options and the clean restroom--very high on a guest truckers priority list. All the staff were friendly and helpful which means a lot when you've been on the road all day.
