I am so impressed with the assistant manager and the manager at this truck stop! I had an issue with a rude security guard that is employed by PM Security Firm at the pilot! I brought it to the attention of the Assistant Manager who investigated my story and promptly apologized to me even when it was the Security Companies fault!
