Capriotti's Sandwich Shop is a popular eatery known for its delectable offerings. The meatball sub is a customer favorite, with the footlong option being a bit too large, so the half-size is recommended. The food is quick, reasonably priced, and made with care, leaving customers satisfied. The staff is friendly and welcoming, creating an enjoyable dining experience. The Thanksgiving turkey sandwich is a standout menu item, with the large size allowing for leftovers.
The sandwiches are absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and flavorful combinations. The service is personable, and the staff is friendly and attentive, making customers feel welcome. The sandwiches are still at a great temperature when brought home, warm and hearty.
While some customers have noted room for improvement, such as dry turkey or the need for oil and vinegar, overall, Capriotti's Sandwich Shop is a reliable choice for a satisfying meal. The Italian and club sandwiches are also praised for their freshness and deliciousness. Capriotti's is also known to be kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, making it a convenient option for various dining needs.
