Rocco's New York Pizza

The employees were really kind and nice. I was able to get my pizza easily and have been going to Rocco's all over Las Vegas for months now. Never had a bad experience with them and their pizza is always so yummy!!!

I had a disappointing experience while picking up an Uber Eats order from this store. The order had already been verified through the Uber Eats app, but an employee insisted that I provide an additional handwritten signature for the store’s internal records.

When I politely asked why another signature was necessary after Uber’s verification, the employee became hostile and spoke to me in an aggressive and disrespectful manner. Instead of explaining the policy professionally, I was told to leave the store.

I understand that businesses may have their own procedures, but delivery drivers deserve to be treated with respect. Professional communication and basic courtesy should be expected for everyone. I hope management addresses this issue to prevent similar experiences for other drivers and customers.

Worse place ever! It ha gone down hill!!! The cook was very rude and didn’t help me checking out. We go there often but will not be going there any more. We got a large pizza with halt Margarita and the other half Hawaiian. There was no Canadian bacon on the Hawaiian and it tasted terrible!! The other half was worse!! Will not be going back!!

Rocco’s is the best pizza in town. Their menu is great and everything we order exceeds our expectations. We also called their Aliante location this evening after placing an online delivery order to make sure “we” had placed the order correctly. The lady who answered the call was so nice and helpful. Our order arrived on time and was perfect! Thank you Rocco’s for being our local go to amazing restaurant.

Decided to get devilery and try it for the first time. Ended up getting a very burnt pizza

Quality has gone down. Loved this place but my order from last night... The ranch tasted off, chicken wings went bad in 1 day, pizza not tasting like it used to, plate of spaghetti only had 2 meatballs... THE PLATE IS OVER $15!!!Not sure if they are cheaping out or is the new young people they had working there... everywhere I go and I see young people working in food places, quality is not good no more due to their work ethics.

My girlfriend and I order the family special from here at least once a week. I love their food and their service. Keep up the good work fam!!

You walk in and you are completely ignored by all staff. You would believe that as a courtesy for customers who do not frequent this place someone would come and ask if you are dinning in. You sit there patiently waiting so you do not seem rude and still no acknowledgement. Will not consider this place ever again. Such an embarrassing and ackward expierence to be ignored while other people are served and checked on.
