Rubio's Coastal Grill serves delicious food, including the Cilantro Lime Quinoa bowl. Although some orders may be incomplete, the food is excellent and highly recommended. The staff is friendly, but may be short-handed at times, leading to short waits. Located in the Aliante Casino food court, the restaurant is kid-friendly and has ample parking space. Despite some minor issues, the restaurant's tasty meals and great customer service make it a great dining option.
